My Leo Diamond ring was slightly damaged, and after 5 years they were willing to replace it free of charge. Keep up with the cleaning schedule.Purchase the warranty, its worth every penny. My ring looks like it did when purchased in 2014. The store manager provides amazing customer service,and always has excellent employees.

Great customer service. I enjoy knowing that I can go in here and get quality service, even if I didnt originally purchase the item there.My son got a watch for Xmas, and I took it in to get it sized. For a minor fee, $15 at the time, we were given the service and a warranty on all work done. 🔥

Very nice professional people, we were vacationing here from Atlanta ga. I bought a watch at a Kays 2 hours away the day prior and it had a dead battery, just a small mistake on Foleys part. However this Kays fixed the watch and set it for me. Great experience overall. Very nice clean store.

I went in to get my watch battery done and seen some beautiful new ones. The staff was friendly and fun. They had a sale so I looked over and found a couple I liked, so I bought two. I bought a fancy and a casual citizen. I cross referenced online and they bray everyone’s price to my surprise! It was a great experience with no pressure.

Excellent service. I went to get a ring sized and it was painless. I didnt get it from there but it was no problem. The ring does have to be gold though. They were very professional and paid attention to every detail.

We were traveling from Lafayette, LA. The worker that helped us was AMAZING!! We were used to going to our local store and realized how much they suck compared to the staff at the Biloxi, MS store. I honestly wouldnt mind driving the few hours to buy jewelry just for the service. They all were extremely helpful!! We will be back!!

I took my ring in for my 6-month inspection and my center stone was loose. The store emailed me photos of my ring upon take-in and it came back several days before my due date which is always a plus!
