This is my favorite children’s consignment store of any in the area! It is well organized and the prices are incredible... They have amazing products and the people working there are all so nice!!!! I tell everyone with children about Carousel Children’s Consignment store because I love it so much and know they will too!

Love this consignment shop! The owners are very nice and it is not too crowded like once upon a baby, so you can see what you are looking at.

My family and I are new to the area and I was excited to find a kids consignment store nearby because I have two little ones. I have been in this store twice and really liked how clean and organized it is and how great the clothing and toy selection is as well. Which is why I am so disappointed by what happened when I was at the store on Saturday morning. When I walked up to the store there was a sign posted at the door that said something like “Don’t wear a mask if you don’t want to. Wear a mask if you want to. Either way we will play nice.” My initial thought was that the mask policy on their sign goes against state and county ordinances regarding mask requirements in businesses, but against my better judgment, while wearing my own mask (which I always do in businesses), I went ahead and entered the store to look around. After about 5 minutes I had my arms full of clothes to buy and as I was about to check out when a customer walked into the store holding her child and yelled excitedly up to the women behind the counter “Oh my gosh! I love your sign about masks! I haven’t seen any place have anything like it. I love it so much. It’s like- I’m in America again! Freedom!” The woman behind the counter replied “Oh, you saw the sign?! You like it?! Yeah, that’s why I put it up.” Then the customer continues, “This is America. It’s the Christians who have to do the right thing. This is God’s country and we are free. It’s up to us Christians to make it free again.” The customer then said, “It’s just crazy. You can’t go anywhere and not be forced to wear a mask. It’s just wrong. You are doing the right thing though. We have to get our country back.” The woman behind the counter replied, “Yes. Absolutely. That’s right. I agree.” As I stood there in the middle listening I decided that I wasn’t interested in spending money at a place where the personal religious/political beliefs of the owner were more important than the safety of those in the community as well as more important than following a law that was put in place to protect not just customers, but employees as well. I put my items back and left and I won’t be returning. I’m disappointed because it is a nice store. But the owner felt totally comfortable not only publicly flouting the mask ordinance, but also agreeing right in front of me with such damaging and harmful political/religious ideals as her reason for doing so. I don’t typically go searching for the religious and political views of all the owners of businesses I frequent, but when they decide to make them well known, it is then up to me to decide what to do with that information. In this case, I have decided I won’t be back. I am sharing this review for anyone who, knowing the beliefs and policies of this store owner, would prefer to take their business elsewhere.

This place is awesome. Best deals on children items, large variety, and give you the best prices for all your consignment drop offs. Nice staff, and very clean. Plus, whatever isn’t sold they give you an option to donate. Love it here!

This store is a fantastic place to buy and consign childrens clothes and toys! I go in periodically and I am always amazed at how many good name brands that are there in great condition. Nike, Abercrombie, H&M, Gap, Carters you name it, they have it. The store is always very clean and organized. The owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have been coming for about a little over 3 years and I keep coming back for a reason. I love this place and it has seriously saved me thousands of dollars on toys and clothes for my 3 children.

Love this place! Always have new things and very gently used. Prices are good. Very professional and sweet girls working at this store. When I bring my stuff to sell, I get a fair amount of money. I usually get credit.

I am so impressed with the integrity of this place. I dropped my child’s clothes off before i moved to Texas. And they told me to bring an envelope with an address and stamp on it and they will send a check when the items sell. Fast forward four months later and i got a check in the mail for a good amount. I didn’t have to call them for it or anything. It was a blessing to receive a check and a business to keep their word like that. My mom and myself have been shppping here for years and we love that place. I’m gonna miss it when i have my next child. Thank you so much Carousel kids!

I will admit Ive been in the store and the clerks come across as a little abrupt, but I dont think its rudeness, I think its just busy. Great experience with consigning here - wasnt expecting much after taking a bunch of items to Once Upon a Child and basically having them reject everything. This was a MUCH better experience, and I always find something for my son while Im in the store - clothes, shoes, toys, etc. Havent had any problems with quality of anything Ive bought.

We love this store ! The ladies are so good to us and we enjoy talking to them. We actually look forward to coming in to the store and visiting as well as shop. The clothes are always in great condition and there is plenty to choose from. We love this store and the ladies !

Love the store itself. Its busy and tend to sell a lot. My only problem is that the owner always acts like youre bothering her when you bring items in? Not much of a people person. Her employees all seem to be nice and helpful. Would definitely give this store 5 starts if it werent for her attitude.

I love this place. It should be named the Grandmas Store. Every time I have been to the store the OWNER and the ladies are all so helpful and nice. I have been able to clothed both of my children at a fraction of the cost thanks to Carousel Kids. The prices are great and the selection of clothing is top notch.

Weve been using them for 10 years (we followed them from last location) and we absolutely love them!!! They have been there for me for all 5 kids and I would recommend no other store.

I tried to consign bags of good quality clothes and shoes. Im talking name brands like Crocs and air Jordans. There were also clothes with tags still on them. when I came back to check if there was anything in my account or if I had items to pick up I had to go back three times. The first time they close at least 10 minutes early. The second time I got there 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and the lady looked me dead in the eye as she locks the door. When I finally was able to get there when they were open I was told I did not have an account there. They not only took the items but never bothered to establish my account. Nor did they reimburse me for anything. This place is such a scam.

Weve shopped here for years. The store is always clean and well organized. They have such a great variety of childrens items.

Walked in there with my 1 year old strapped to my back and being 7 months pregnant.Horrible customer service. I walked the entire store and no one acknowledged me until I decided to ask a question. But once a another lady came in with her son, all of a sudden she became chatty.I was so offended I just put down what I was going to buy and left. She didn’t even say have a nice day.

This was my frist time in the carousel kids the young lady was very polite and the worker who was hanging up some items she as well was so polite. This will be one store I would go back to

I love it,clean, very cute items and great prices. Perfect way to save money and you can drop items off (it goes to in store credit or cash (or donated if you want). I plan on going back soon lolUpdate: the store is bigger and better than ever. Ive found so many awesome deals, this is my favorite store. Great smiles from the employees, and always quick to help or answer questions. Me and my kids love this place. Christina is a wonderful person we love coming to see her, and seeking new treasures. I called weeks in advance to find out a) what dates I could drop baby clothing off and b) how much they would take at a time. I was very specific about sizes, amount of clothing, etc. I was told that I could bring in a large garbage bag full ANY DAY. I washed, organized and folded all of the clothes and finally had time to drive 20 minutes out to this store, only to be told by the RUDE OLD ASIAN LADY that they arent taking ANY clothing. When I explained that I had called in advance just to avoid a situation such as this, she told me that maybe they could take a pamper box full. I promptly explained that I would be taking my business elsewhere and left. The store was cramped and the service was crappy, and I wish they would not have wasted my time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Great deals for gently used brand name items....Some still even had original store tags. They have a dressing room and will accept returns for credit with the store tags.

Manager didnt seem friendly but her girls were great!

Great place with excellent deals. I bought a Radio Flyer Big Wheel for $24. I saw it last week at Toys R US for $89. Ive also bought two Radio Flyer tricycles, a boys and girls and paid $27 for one and $25 for the other. For Christmas, I bought the big Buzz LightYear for $17. Ive never bought clothers like the prior lady, however, Ive had success with their toys.

The employees were not friendly at all. They did not acknowledge customers as they entered. No one offered assistance while browsing. I will not spend money in a place that does not acknowledge customers. I agree with another poster. Customer service classes are in order.
