I have known the owner for a really long time. When he worked at Gulf Coast Comics in Biloxi. And he has always been nice. I love going in this shop and looking and seeing what they have. I have been collecting since a small child. The only complaint I have is I wish they was open more but understand we all have lives. Love this shop.

Dont, worry, a 4 is mostly a 5 for me, so a 3 is like a 4. have been a few times. Everyone there was nice and all, but the selection was a tad underwhelming compared to places I have gone in my life. I am not native to Mississippi, so most of the comic places I have been to here have not been enough to warrant more than decent to have around. And I have been on more than days off as this is not far from where I live and pass it almost daily on walks. I swing through from time to time and peruse, so do not feel too bad. It is worth a stop in case of a gem. I should change it on a sliding scale to a 4 for sure as far as places in Mississippi go.

Good selection of back issues and current comics. Also found an older figure Ive been searching for, albeit same as online prices but least didnt have to wait. Will definitely go back.

Killer shop with a great selection of back issues and fair pricing!

Was wanting magic cards unfortunately they do not carry them. But they do have some great comic books and comicon statues. Great 80s memorabilia and Wal Art. The gentlemen on nights even stayed a few minutes over for us.

Best comic book shop on the Gulf Coast

3 Alarm Comics is one of the finest comic book stores Ive ever had the pleasure to patronize. Ive been a customer going on five years now and consider the owner and staff to be good friends. This shop has something for everyone....if you dont find anything, then you must not have really been looking! 3 Alarm Comics has a great family-friendly atmosphere. If youre in the area, you should pay them a visit....you wont be sorry!

Great LCS, we have a subscription box with 3 Alarm. We go often and always get treated like we are part of the family. Have not met anyone there that I didnt like or had an issue with. We get better service here than we ever got at any other comic store. Love these freaking guys.

The people here are very friendly and eager to help when you engage with them. If you just want to browse, theyll leave you to do that.The store itself contains a great selection of comics, trades, figurines, and work by local artists. If theres something youre looking for but they dont have, theyll order it for you. Come check these guys out!!EDIT: I have been going here for 7 years, and still love this comic shop. Bunch of comics there, Im honestly not really into comics, but theyve got a ton here. Google likes to list this place as a Warhammer shop, even though last time I went in, (two years ago, by the way,) they didnt have anything of the sort. Cool enough place, though.

Pops comic store.. Not really friendly.. No greetings.. No updates on releases.. Very dry if you arent a regular. Unfortunately this is why I order comics online.. The remaining stores are not worth a visit.

I had a very good comic book, in really good shape. It was worth a lot of money. The owner of the store must have been in a bad mood, he cut my book down left and right like it was junk. He insulted my intelligence and then tried to offer me a vary low amount of money for my book. If you have something of good value, I would not recommend taking it here.

Well, they have a lot of those little pop people, and I was gonna buy one, but I went to Walmart last night and found the exact same Finn and jake they have for $24.97. I also found a few more they had for $8. Glad I didnt buy them at 3 alarm comic otherwise I would have been screwed. Also, they offer you 5cents for your comics if you try to sell them there. We have 147 comics, and he said offering us $10 would be too much. I wont be returning ever.

Fantastic staff. Collection is huge. True hidden gem in Mississippi. He brings in a lot of A+ comic talent and you never know who youre going to run into on any given day!

The sign with the hours on the door say that it should be open until 6pm but it now 430 and the doors are locked. After peeking in the window all the shelves appear empty. Maybe the store is shutting down?

Hands down, the best comics shop on the Coast!

Discovered this store several years ago while visiting Biloxi. Although a small store at that time, the selection was great. Found out about an artist/writer event a few weeks later and attended and it was incredible. This led to my kids and I driving 2 1/2 hours from Crestview, Florida at their next Free Comic Book Day event. The crowd for that was HUGE! As a result, weve gone back for Free Comic Book Day every year and My Sister and Brother-In-Law drive down from Central Mississippi as well. Scott Hoverman and his staff are some of the nicest people youd ever meet. And the massive amount of Guest Creators that show up makes FCBD practically a Comic Convention. Im sure that other comics stores nearby are jealous of Scotts store and events. Make this store a mandatory stop on your visit in Biloxi.

Left a voicemail in the A.M. as soon as they opened. Never got a call back all day. Then they were rude on Facebook after and offered no apology. Not very professional.
