This is by far the best shoe store in the Edgewater Mall. The staff are very upbeat and always greet you immediately. I had an awesome experience shopping in this establishment unlike Footlocker or Champs in those stores u have to beg for service and they never greet the patrons. Im just saying Journeys is the shoe store for me and my family when in the Biloxi area. Thanks staff for always providing outstanding service. I will return.

Well I ordered a reebok shoe online some how they sent a new balance shoe to my mailing address. I went and spoke with (the manager )she found the shoe I ordered at another store and sending to my mailing address in two business days she was very patient and nice she had to call different customer service reps very friendly environment

The sales representative was really nice, but the store needs better and more shoe options for kids under 6

The absolute worst customer service. I was trying to purchase a pair of checkered vans and I asked the girl to grab my size. As she returned I looked at the shoe a little before I was about to purchase. The shoes were filthy, brown dirt all on the inside. I asked her if I could see a different pair because these were filthy, she said one second in a rude tone and returned with a different pair and I went to go try them on and she told me to leave the shoes at the counter. I said nevermind, I will just order them online. She was super rude and had an attitude the entire time. This was 12/27 around 11.

Nikkolet is the best! She is very courteous and has great taste in shoes! I trust her suggestions! I go to her for all of my shoes.
