THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE sales person Dee Dee, SHE was perfect, everything after that was a complete disaster. The NEW carpet I ordered was used with old tac strips that had been removed, different dye lot numbers so the colors didnt match and the seems were so bad, my kids could have done a better job. Oh and when they offer free installation, find out what prison they are coming from and have security there on site! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

In August/September 2019 we purchased over $6,000 of flooring tile and over $1,000 of bathroom tile at your location Biloxi. These purchases were made through our contractor at the time, Greg Lyle of GL Construction. The workmanship of the floor tile installation was appalling. He ran out of tile for the last 30/40 sq. ft., and the tile in that area of floor is a complete miss-match. According to Lyle this was a mistake generated from your shop.The tile that we finished our project with the other company, we purchased ourselves at Baudiers. The price we paid for the same Italian tile was substantially less than we paid you. According to our old tile pro we also paid you substantially more than we should have for the floor tile. We feel cheated by the quality of work performed using your products and for the price we paid for them. We did not receive any answer from your company about this situation, so this review what they deserve.

Ive been working with Niccole H. at Rhodes on the flooring for my new house. She is amazing! She has been very patient and has worked overtime in making sure my design ideas would come to fruition. What a joy to work with someone who cares about her customers!
