Loved how knowledgeable Angels was in helping me find my new bed!!

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend dropping by and talking to the staff, especially if you are considering purchasing a sleep number bed.

I have a 3 year old mattress king mattress that is pretty much now a twin because of the split in the mattress. My wife will not even sleep in the bed. I won’t let my kids sleeep in the bed because I’m afraid of them suffocating in the gap. The company refused to stand behind their product and fix it. They want to keep offering another faulty designed part that will just split again. Buying this mattress is one of the worst mistakes I’ve made.

Angela was so patient with ALL our questions and concerns. Took so much time making sure we were comfortable with our choices.

Upon walking in the store we felt like family. Our assistant Mrs. Erica Pittman made us feel t home. We felt like we were in the the little story that has been read to most of us, our children, and our grand children. Papa bear, mama bear, and baby bear we tried all of the 360 sleep number beds and finally found one just right. We would highly recommend anyone to go and at least try them out.Thanks,The Waltons

Waist of time/money. Well over $5000 for a king and twin glorified air mattress with app thats not accurate. Less than a year later year later shopping for another bed.

Annika was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. As we made our purchase, she walked us through what to expect after the sale regarding delivery, warranty, etc.

Angela Hebert was very knowledgeable regarding the beds!! She was not pushy and helped in our decision!! The only thing and this is toward the company. I do feel when a customer spends this much money on a base/bed maybe they could, as an incentive throw in a sheet set for free!!

I have been a consumer with your company for years and appreciate your product so much. I purchased a new pillow for my elderly mother and she said it feels like sleeping on air. Very happy and satisfied customer.

Great customer service by Victoria. She let the product sell itself with No pressure. We ended up buying the P6 mattress with delivery expected in a few weeks. While we dont expect to be visiting often, as mattresses last for 15+ years, we were glad to have stopped by and look forward to many good nights of sleep in the future!

Angela was really helpful and sweet. She has great customer service. Mark was super helpful as well, super funny. Lauri was an amazing manager and made sure I was taken care of. I enjoyed my experience there and I got great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Been trying to get a bed since Feb 2021 they give you a date and never call ya and they cancel the delivery for another date i missed work they dont care this is the worst ever esp when paying so damn much for a bed and cant even get it delieverd

My wife and I went into the store knowing we were going to purchase a sleep number bed. I sales person was very courteous, friendly and professional. She knew her product very well. The process could not have been easier. My wife and I both suffer from back problems and have not been able to find a bed that suits both of us. With the sleep number bed, we both get what we want. Even the short time we spent laying on the bed in the store, we are as excited as a kid at Christmas to get our bed delivered and start sleeping in our new bed..

They dont even deserve 1 star! The worst customer service experience of my life! They are more than happy to help you when you are looking to purchase, but once they have your money you cant get anyone to answer the phone. I havent even had my bed delivered yet, and I cant get any assistance. Will be returning it as soon as I can get someone to answer the phone, or call me back. If I cant get service now, whats it going to be like when something goes wrong and I need service. $8000 purchase, I expect at least a little bit of customer service. On hold a total of 2 hours and ended up having to give up so I could go to work.
