The service was excellent I had a blow out on the interstate so I called Goodyear on pass road. The store was closing but, the manager said bring it in so I made it by and was greeted with pleasant service. The guys in service were also wonderful. Thank You, Goodyear. pass road

My husband needed tires on his f150 supercrew and the tires we got are nice threaded tires, they happened to be on sale so we are happy with our purchase, Plus if my tires are low on any of our cars I just stop by and they air up my tires, 🚘no appointment needed🤗

Standard. Had a flat they could not fix because they had other repairs to do. So no emergency tire service is available here unless youre willing to wait a day if they are busy. I think their is a priority problem there but I didnt wait around and went to a real tire shop that patched me two tire with three nails for about $50. I remember the days where you could count on a mechanic to patch a tire with a quickness because it was the priority. Something to consider and maybe implement.

If I need air they dont hesitate to help me out

Very professional and got me and out fairly quickly. I recommend you make an appointment online. Mike who works there is informative and made me feel comfortable leaving my car and not trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. He did advise me of a few things, but said they can wait for awhile. They also offer no touch drop off where they come out in a mask and gloves, you drop your key in a bag they open for you and return your key in another bag when theyre finished. You also have the option to pay over the phone. Ill be back for future maintenance.

Came in twice for two different things a few months apart. Both visits were terrible. The man who is always up front for check ins (glasses and tattoos) was extremely rude & condescending. He spoke to me like I had no experience with my vehicle & made several rude remarks to me. I don’t know how he stays employed. But I will not give them my business again.

I just sat for over an hour for a scheduled oil change. I asked before and after to please fill up my washer fluid. I even asked the technician as I paid. Guess what. No washer fluid. You guys are a bunch of lazy fat boys. Go here if you support medicrocy.

Mike and his crew treated me right today. Rear tire was going flat after I ran over a screw, and this team removed the screw and repaired the tire FOR FREE. They even fit me into their busy schedule instead of asking me to wait or come back later. Great customer service. Ill keep Goodyear in mind for all of my future auto repair needs.

After a horrible experience with Firestone right down the road, the mechanics and manager at Goodyear came to our rescue. We needed a full brake job! Pads, rotors and calipers in all the way around on our Ford F-150. The team was able to drive us back to our RV to relax while they worked together to get our truck done same day. Service and work ethic was EXCELLENT! Definitely choose Goodyear rather than wasting your time and money at the Firestone down the road!

Outstanding service

I brought my car in for a routine oil change after a road trip home to the coast from Fort Bragg and on the way back to NC experienced a leak from a faulty rubber ring on the new oil filter through no fault of the mechanic. I contacted Mike while I was on the road in GA and he routed me to a Goodyear in Conyers, GA. The Goodyear in GA changed the oil filter and replaced the oil that had leaked out and cleaned off my engine at no cost to me. This could have been disastrous for my engine, but was caught in time and Im so thankful for the assistance I received from Mike in Biloxi and Terry at the Goodyear in Conyers. They and all the employees at Goodyear are so helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks so much again for getting me back on the road safely. I cant thank yall enough!!!

Great guys and customer service. Clean sitting area. Fast service. I was only in there for about 30 - minutes. New tires on the front and wheel alignment. They might have a little challenge if you need to use more than one card.

I never had a bad service here. The people here know what their doing and doing the best they can. What people on google need to learn is that even though they are doing the best they can, they are still bind by Goodyear Business Policy and Prices. They will help out the best they can but like I said they cant over step Policy. The Goodyear Business Policy is why I gave 4 and not 5 stars. People wise they deserve a 5 star rating.

I submitted an edit, but Google had the wrong hours***This place is just as professional and awesome in their service delivery as the location on hwy 49 in Gulfport. They were super busy Friday afternoon when I came by to get my tire fixed and said I could come back at 8am. He put me in the computer, I showed up at 8 and he literally had the paper ready for me to sign when I walked in at 8am.

Theres a reason that Ive been doing business with this location for so many years. They are honest and so knowledgeable of their products and of cars. The rarest is that I actually trust them which is a rarity these days with car repairs and with anything really.

Mark and his team were very helpful. They were able to accommodate me when I came in early for my car appointment. They even referenced additional resources for my car needs. I recommend them.

They saved my vacation! At the end of the first day of a 2 week road trip we hit a nail on the road. I brought my car into their shop on a rainy day at 5:45 and they removed the nail, patched the tired, and got my family back on the road. And all at no cost. Amazing guys! The manager even let my two young kids roll tires around in the shop and hide in them as they were bored from the road trip. It turned what could have been a disaster into a a great experience with a great team. Cant recommend them enough!

Id give them a zero if I could. These guys are con artists. Do not give them your business. They gave me a $980.00 quote to replace a fuel pump and said that the cheapest part around was $600.00. I immediately checked at autozone and it was $325.00 and cheaper with a veterans discount. They said that everyone around was charging the same thing. Another visit I left there after getting a new tire and I drove 1 hour and a half and my tire pressure gauge came on. Took it to a shop in Nola and they said all 3 of my other tires needed air. The mechanic asked how the hell I managed that. Take it there at your own risk. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

$66 for an oil change for Hyundai! The cheapest passenger car tire $150!. The staff is friendly, but the prices are unreasonable. They charge more than dealerships on some of their services. I hate to see the local business actually go out of business...but the vacant lot, most of the time, shows they arent competative.

At first, I was going to give two stars because of the oil filter that was put on crooked, thus causing me to lose all my oil in a short span of time. Thankfully, I was helped by folks at an auto parts store along the way on my 650-mile trip who discovered it was put on wrong.I dropped this review to one star since I have since discovered that the oil drain plug was also stripped. From my understanding, this comes from using the incorrect tool to remove and/or tighten it. So now Ive had the cost of the plug (about $5, assuming nothing else is wrong), the cost of bolt extractors for stripped bolt heads ($25, because you cant buy just one), the cost of another 5 quarts of oil to replace what was lost ($23), and a lot of wasted time.It was not worth the $20 coupon on the back of the Winn-Dixie receipt to visit this shop. I rarely leave reviews on Google, but the lack of some employee here DOING THEIR JOB RIGHT has really annoyed me. Even if I still lived in the area, I would not trust them to return to have them fix it.
