Similar experience as the 1 star review. Called and asked for a price on service. Gave the employee more info than needed. Never received a return call. Went in person. Few bikes in stock. No one offered to help me.Absurd service prices. Prices are high on new bikes. Other dealers have better bike prices, better attitudes, and better service prices.Whoever responds to these reviews: tone down your patronizing defensiveness. It makes you and the business look worse. Youre welcome.

Went in to get bike fixed. They took my bike apart then told me I should get a new bike and they didnt want to work on it. Charged me $100 to look at it. When I picked it up I found it was in pieces. Bike wasnt put back together. Not a good experience.

I have been coming here for years now and they have always gone above and beyond. The staff is Knowledgeable and eager to help.

Dont go there if you are riding your only vehicle and it happens to be a Harley even to inquire on a dirt bike for your son. They didnt even aknowledge my presence and talked to people who came in after me. Maybe another place will feature professionalism and Ill be able to inquire there.

Professionalism at it best...Very knowledgeable..Took my 06 vulcan in with a problem that another shop caused and they took care of it with no issues...bike is running tops now..thank you Suzuki city..I live in mobile and will not take my bike to anyone else..customer for life here...highly recommend them...

After paying 1000 to a POS shop we took it here and they fix all of what was wrong and what the other shop f-ed up. If you need work done to you bike do not hesitate take it here as soon as possible

Went lookin for a used touring bike. Not many around at dealers right now except for high priced harleys.Been in this shop a few times and no one really seems to care if they can sell a bike or not.

This is the best motorcycle shop hands down. I would highly recommend taking anything here to get fixed. I know most people are normally against bike mechanics but Mr. Mike and his team will tell you whats wrong straight out without trying to get over on you. If its a simple fix they will tell you how to do it. I bet you cant find another shop that will do that. If your in the market for a new or used bike stop by and check them out.

Havent rode my bike in 3-4 months and It wasn’t starting. I was worried that there was a big issue with it.. well I took it into Suzuki City and got some maintenance done and they fixed it up and got it running perfectly! Had no issues at all and they helped me out and saved me so much money. They were very quick and efficient and made sure I was taken care of in a very professional manner! Always the best service on the entire coast. 10/10 would always recommend!

AFTER SEVERAL VISITS TO THE YAMAHA/HONDA STORE, A GENTLEMAN WALKS UP TO ME AND ASKED I SEE YOURE LOOKING AT A MT-09 YAMAHA, HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THE KAWASAKI Z900? AFTER TALKING WITH THIS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE FELLOW, I FIND OUT THAT HE OWNS THE YAMAHA/HONDA STORE AND SUZUKI CITY!!! WOW!!! THE OWNER HIMSELF CAME OUT ON THE SHOWROOM TO EDUCATE ME ON THE NEW STUFF ON BIKES SINCE I HAVE NOT HAD A MOTORCYCLE SINCE MY 08 R1. THAT MEANS A LOT TO ME. I WORK IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY AT THE DEALER LEVEL, CUSTOMERS ABSOLUTELY LOVE TO MEET THE OWNERS, ESPECIALLY SINCE HE WAS SO INFORMATIVE. SO I GO OVER TO THE KAWASAKI SHOWROOM TO LOOK AT THIS Z900 W/ABS, AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. SO I CALL DOWN TO THE SHOP ON MONDAY MORNING, SPOKE WITH DINO(WHO IS A FRIEND OF MINE FOR 15+YEARS) AND TOLD HIM I WANTED TO BUY THE Z900. I ASKED THEM TO RUN MY CREDIT THROUGH ONE COMPANY(WHICH THEY DID), AND I ENDED UP SECURING FINANCING THROUGH KAWASAKI MOTOR CREDIT! ONCE DINO CALLED ME BACK AND WE DISCUSSED TERMS AND INTEREST, I RESPONDED WITH HELL YEAH MAN, GET HER CLEANED UP AND READY TO GO, IM COMING AFTER WORK TO PICK IT UP!. UPON ARRIVAL, THERE SHE IS, THIS BEAUTIFUL 2019 KAWASAKI Z900 W/ABS, WAITING ON ME OUTSIDE ALL READY TO GO. GO INSIDE AND TALK TO MR. MIKE(WHO IS THE GUY I MET AT THE YAMAHA/HONDA SHOP), WAS THERE WITH ALL MY CONTRACTS AND PAPERWORK READY TO GO. AFTER SIGNING EVERYTHING, I WAS CONGRATULATED FOR MY PURCHASE, AND EVEN GIVEN A FREE HJC HELMET!!! WOW!!! AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE, DINO TAKES ME OUT THERE TO DEMONSTRATE SOME OF THE FEATURES ON THE BIKE, SINCE A LOT HAS CHANGED IN 11 YEARS SINCE MY LAST MOTORCYCLE. SO IN CONCLUSION, THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW IS IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW MOTORCYCLE, YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO GO DIRECTLY TO EITHER ONE OF THEIR FACILITIES, AND ASKED THEM QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN A MOTORCYCLE. We have all of our tires here for the motorcycles done at Suzuki City Kawasaki. Theyve always been very helpful and precise knowledgeable and courteous. They dont overcharge people and have an array of helmets and motorcycle accessories for different makes and models even the big old Harley-Davidson tires.

Even after 6 months has passed since them selling me my brand new 2018 gsxr750 and me moving to Texas thereby providing them with no more business they STILL answer the phone every single time I call with a question! Way to go above and beyond guys! LOVE Mr. Mike and the team at Suzuki city!

I made a purchase from them approximately 4 years ago. While looking at different bikes, Mike was very helpful and answered all my questions. He really talked to me and made my experience a pleasant one. I have had work done on my bike and all the staff have been very courteous and helpful. They explained everything that neede to be done before starting the work.

Mike was awesome, not often the owner is in the shop turning wrenches but he changed a tire on my Ducati while I waited with no appointment, very happy with the service, friendliness and atmosphere of the team, even though they dont sell Ducatis if they are able to do the job my bike will definitely go back to them if it needs work!

I found this motorcycle dealer to be very laid back and comfortable. They are not pushy and dont try to upsell you. Parts department is very helpful and get you what you need.

Rated 3 as I did not purchase a bike, therefore could not get the full experience. The floor person who helped me was very polite and gave straight, no nonsense answers to my questions. This dealer stocks many sport bikes and powersports equipment.

I was on a long road trip and needed a new rear tire; called them up and they had it in stock. The only place in the area open on a Monday. Mike had me in and out in about an hour. Real friendly too!
