Francisco!!!! This is probably one of the best experiences I have had with a local lumber/hardware company. Francisco has went above and beyond to find lumber for me. He’s kept me updated and followed through with every step during this lumber shortage. He’s been amazing! I will not go anywhere else from now on. Prices are about the same compared to Lowe’s or Home Depot but you get a dedicated guy through the entire build.

Disappointed because I dealt with a guy who was really helpful and I wanted to like this place, but everyone else seemed too important to deal with me. And when I finally pulled the trigger this other guy messed up the order and I ended up going somewhere else and saving a ton of money. I wont be doing business here again

I wanted to build a shed and got all of my materials from Grand Lumber. They were excellent at providing competitive pricing and had good communication. Definitely recommend.

Ordered siding from a salesman, originally he thought the product was a stain. I corrected him its a siding, he ordered and ordered the wrong style. Had to return, he reordered and had to order extra because the correct siding came in larger boxes. I said i was fine with that as long as I dont have to pay a restock fee. Correct siding showed up, finished job, went to return extra and they refused to take the extra siding back. So stuck with 2 sq of siding I cant use. Dont care if the employee was new or not, he represents the company and company should back what their employees quote the customers.

Ive been using Grand Lumber as much as possible. Theyve been helpful and courteous. Ive asked for straight lumber when I havent been able to pick it up, and theyve met my expectations. Much better lumber than having to pick through the piles at the box stores, competitive prices as well.

Grand has been taking good care of Wells Built Homes for over 20 years. Brad and the guys are great from beginning to end, estimating to returning unused products. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
