I have been gone from Montana for years. This was my first bar experience since coming back home and I found it to be such a charming authentic neighborhood down home bar! I sat down and was asked right away what I would like. I ordered a white russian and the bartender gave me a devilish grin and asked me, Do you trust me? She said, try it with peanut butter whiskey instead of the vodka. It is unbelievable! I smiled, and said surprise me! She did. It is my new favorite:-) Great place, delish chicken sandwich and fabulous bartenders!

Drinks were great, machine paid out had a great time and the bartenders were super friendly and nice definitely going back!

Staff is usually good. Are usually eager to let you know if theyre in a bad mood though.

A good place to cool off play some machines and have a beer they also got a liquor store good affordable prices

Reno should say it all but it doesnt! The Reno Club is so much more. I have been welcome with open arms from day one. The staff are very friendly, articulate and professional. This includes the boss. Did I mention the the barmaids are gorgeous???Best gambling around with great payouts. Stop in next time your in Billings. Theyll make it worth your while.Merry Christmas Reno Club!

This is my new Cheers! I love all of the bartenders and I have made friends with several people who I have met there! Amazing staff from open to close!!! I always feel welcome from the minute I walk in the door and I love how well the staff and owner are aware of the medical conditions that prevent me from wearing a mask and dont get overly pushy about it being on at all times!

Alex and Mike down at the Reno Club are awesome! The bar in general is a nice, cozy place to chill when you dont have much to do. Good company to be had, good service, staff is welcoming and warm. The drinks are always made to your likening. Some patrons are wild, but still a comfortable environment! Would recommend as a great place to relax on a week night.

After being asked to leave the parking lot two times on two separate occasions where neither time was I causing a problem or even really doing anything more than standing there breathing. Yes Im kind of outrageous Im loud I have bright colors and I have a mohawk currently because Im unemployed like most of the other people in this town better job attached. I think the owner of the Reno doesnt care about her business(that is in fact if... IF she really is owner. In the know, for sure. A shot caller, ya Id believe that as well. What I do know is; if she is the owner she certainly at the sole proprietor! entrepreneur is out too hahaha, not like she invented bartending LOL.) she only cares about the type of people in her business, but the smokers in the parking lot are trespassing so beware everybody no smoking is allowed at the Reno or wild floating haircuts. If you want to enjoy your time at the Reno you better know how to say moo.

Love this hole in the wall spot! Great staff... Drinks are always just how you like them... Friday at 7 pm TRIVIA ...Some Saturdays they have speed dating and karaoke! And when you get your tab.... You cant believe thats IT! Always a nice surprise!

Staff member came to work with a attitude and took it out on a customer.

Their machines dont pay that often, and when they do it isnt much that it gives you. They are kind of strict, even when Ive seen alot of rough people hang out here, but I guessed they were regulars. Just not my kind of plays, and would rather hang out else where.

I have had nothing but great service here. The bartenders are some of the friendliest I have ever met and their prices do not break the bank. If you dont mind an occasional rowdy drunkard every now and then, this is the place for you down to earth people like me.

I had to do a task that required my immediate attention, I pull into Reno cuz its close and I wanted to toss a bill in the machine... But for some reason the bartenders who were out back smoking kept gossiping to their penpals about me, I could clearly hear them saying rude comments about me... It was weird to me that the proper etiquette for bartenders at the Reno was to trashtalk newcomers??I was deeply offended but went inside anyways, won a $300 profit and left the casino, never to return. Please act appropriate if your going to run a casino... I dont even know you people nor do you know me. Totally blown away...I apologize to the owners for slamming on your business, but consider a change with the bartenders cuz thats hurtful to your business.
