I absolutely love the choices of Jello shots they have. And I love that they have Smirnoff whipped cream vodka shooters.

My favorite Liquor Store in Billings, such great selection of whiskeys, bourbons, and Montana made products. Plus, theres a lot of good gift ideas in there. Very nice store.

Bottles and Shots West is a top notch liquor store! Great selection of beer, wine, and spirits! The have tasting all of the time so you can try new products out. You should also try their unique jello shots! They are tasty!

My second time in this week. No masks on the employees and only 3 (out of about 10) customers with masks. Ill need to find another supplier who values my life and business enough to wear a mask for me.Ok, went to Lucky Lils on Zimmerman and Grand... They wear masks and have what I want so now they are my new liquor store!

Called about a specific bottle. lady went out of her way to search for it. spent like 15 minutes on the phone with me looking for it. she found one and left it on the counter for me till i got there. she was super sweet in person too! all the other employees were so friendly and radiated good vibes too!

Called and asked when the beer person would be in so I could place a special order, then went at that time and he was a no show so I left a note with the request and my number. Heard nothing back so I stopped in again and sure enough he wasn’t there so I asked the employees there what to do and they said they will make another note and he would definitely call me back. A week later nothing. Customer service sucks, they just don’t care.

The staff here is knowledgeable about what they sell and can make some great recommendations. I also really like that you can sample a product before you buy it. However I have downgraded my review as none of the staff were wearing masks last time I visited. Too make it even worse they have stickers everywhere saying we mask for your protection. Clearly they are not concerned about protecting their customers

Its a nice little store. Has some liquor and some beer. Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Allittle spendy but its close to the west end.

Has a great and extensive selection of wine, champagne, beer, liquor, jello shots and mixers. The store also sells versions liquor/beer glassware and mixing utensils too. The only reason I gave this a 3 star rating and not a 4 star was because the one of the cashiers asked me if I had a hard copy of my license since I just renewed it all I had was the temporary paper and I replied sarcastically with, if I could have gotten a hard copy I wouldnt have been given a temporary paper copy. From then on she has been very rude for asking such an idiotic question. I know I answered rudely but Ive worked as a cashier and waitress for several years and never asked a customer to provide a hard copy drivers license. I also get that it is a liquor store and they need to be suspicious of fraudulent fake IDs but what can I do if my old one has a void stamp over my picture and is expired? Theres no need to be rude every time after for my smart ass sarcasm because I think Im funny.
