Excellent prices! Everything I purchased was less than the amount found on amazon! They have great sales on excellent, top-of-the-line tools! I will 100% be doing all of my consumables (saw blades, batteries, tape etc..) shopping there from now on! I highly recommend stepping in and taking a look around. They stock up on all of the best tools and equipment any contractor could need! The service was exceptional, very friendly and helpful!!

A&H is just an amazing store. This is a very high end store and I dont think they sell to the public. If you need top of the line woodwork equipment or hardware or wood for your projects, this is your first and most probably only stop. This is what a big box stores would be if you didnt want to walk miles to find every little thing without all high profit items blocking your way to the checkout.

This is the first time leaving a review that I wish I had more stars to give. I’ve have yet to experience, anywhere else, the level of customer service that I experienced today when I went in. The way they helped me with the areas I’m less experienced in was completely set apart from anywhere else in town. I felt like a ten year veteran customer. They made me a life long customer for sure and I didn’t even buy anything. Their selection is amazing too but beyond that the hospitality is unmatched for this industry. I can’t say enough about these guys. Can’t wait to actually get started and see their services in action.

We love this place! The staff is super friendly & knowledgeable. They have everything! Power tools, everything you need for landscaping, cabinet & counter accessories, everything hardware, lighting, they may have lingerie somewhere, Im not sure, I havent looked. This should be your first stop when starting any project, they probably have everything you need.

These guys are truly a class act. They helped me design my sprinkler system and answered all 1000 questions I had about installing it myself. Their prices are the best for all lawn care products and are extremely fast about getting your supplies list filled. Highly recommend them and plan to return for any future needs. Horrible experience. First time and I will never deal with A&H Turf again. After ordering Accuride drawer slides, they sent me cheap knock off slides instead. $80 to ship. When trying to exchange - they said that the Accuride were out of stock and not available. I went through every possible gyration in order to prove they really sent me the wrong slides and to get these slides sent back and a refund issued. Very little help and understanding. I have updated my review to include the invoice and photos of what I actually received.

We just built a new house and our builder sent us to A&H to pick out door, cabinet and bath hardware. Incredible selection and almost everything was in stock. We picked it out after lunch our builder picked it up a short while later. Looking at the paperwork I saw a great cost savings, over two hundred! Strongly recommend A&H if you want to save money on Schlage and Moen hardware.

After part of my order shipped I was notified that the rest was on backorder. The backordered items are clearly shows as IN STOCK on the website. When I contact customer service about it they obviously didnt care or offer an explanation.When the order arrived the hinges I bought didnt come with the half of the hinge necessary to mount them. When I contacted customer service they were dismissive again. There is nowhere in the product description that mentions parts must be ordered separately. I cant even find the other part of the hinge on the website - its not even shown in the related products section!Will NEVER order from these jerks again.

I mis-ordered some lazy susans for my kitchen remodel. They sent out the correct model and promptly credited my account when they received the incorrect ones back in Montana. They shipped everything promptly and their customer service, both over the net and by phone was great.Since I ordered over $100 shipping was free. Their prices were far superior to anything else I could find on the web.

Horrible customer service. I ordered some door levers in the end of February and my credit card was charged at the time of order. It is now a full month later, my items still have not been shipped. When I inquire about the status, I am repeatedly given a copy and pasted answer that the items are on back order and that they have no updated status. Ive cancelled my order and requested a refund. Who knows how long it will take them to process that....

I ordered a set of oxy tool vest because the web site said that they had them in stock. I then get an email stating that it was a back ordered product and that it would be 2 weeks or more before I got my order. I can not wait for that long for the tool vest that I ordered, since the site does state that it was in stock, I was expecting to have it within the week. Now since my other bags fell apart which is why I ordered the tool vest I have to go without or buy a cheap set which I will not do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY BUYING ANYTHING FROM AH TURF SPECIALTIES due to the false statements of their web site. I am very unhappy with their business ethics as I too run a business and would not expect my clients to wait for 2 weeks on something I said I had. I would like my money returned to me in full as I will not do business with this company. I do not care about a restocking fee because they had to order it AH TURF SPECIALTIES can eat theyre restocking fee and maybe the next time somebody orders them they will have them in stock lol. I have tried contacting them on different occasions about this and have not received anything back from this company. So again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM.ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Ordered something online, said it was in stock and allowed me to purchase. Got a backorder notification 1 week later. Then a week after that an email from customer service saying I had to pay an additional 30$ in shipping. Needless to say I cancelled the order.

Watch out, they verbally admitted to me that their website shows everything in stock whether it is or not. I went to check the status and said special order and will be 2 weeks. Their policy is that a special order can only be cancelled with a 40% restocking fee since they already ordered it (for something that was supposedly in stock). Lets see how this plays out but I ordered from them since I needed it ASAP, so much for that.
