My husband and I had carpet replaced in two rooms: a small spare bedroom and a large room downstairs. The installation crew that they partnered with had both rooms done within one day, and they did a great job despite working around two flights of stairs. The salesmen at the store were courteous and easy to get ahold of via phone or email. My only suggestion is that they update their quote system in order to provide an easier to read estimate. Overall we are very happy with both the quality of the carpet and the professional installation that followed!

Great place to put base flooring. Have purchased from them several times. Jeff and his crew did a great job answering all of our questions and made several helpful suggestions. Great selection of all types of flooring.

I am writing this complaint about Montana Flooring to let you know that they will NOT stand behind their product or installation. About five years ago I bought new carpet for our living room and one bedroom. They contracted out to an installer, JC’s Flooring Installation. Before the first year was up, the carpet started to stretch in both rooms. I contacted the sales rep, J Gradney, Jr, who sold me the carpet, several times, in person and on the phone. Each time he told me he would send someone out to look at the carpet. Never heard from anyone. Finally, I gave up, because I didn’t know what to do. I spent $2160 for the carpet and $648 for the installation. I had an installer come out and look at our carpet and he said all the furniture would have to come out of the house in order to stretch the carpet and I could not afford to hire someone to do that. This last spring I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and then I immediately heard from the owner, Jeff Bart and he told me that something would be done about it. HA! Never heard from him again either. Now the carpet is stretched so badly throughout both rooms, we are tripping over it. I know because it has been so long, I will get nothing out of this company, so please go to a company that will stand behind their product not Montana Flooring!
