This guy knows his strings and it shows. This is the kind of place serious musicians bring their beloved instruments to. Its just one really good guy doing his best to keep up and he does an awesome job. Good communication, excellent end results. I have had him do two fairly involved jobs and was super pleased at the end. I believe he only fixes instruments, he doesnt buy them or sell them pawn shop style.

Excellent work for a very reasonable price. The overall experience was great. Ted explained all the details, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.
