If there was 10 out of 10 Tim would get an 11....no high pressure sales. Very professional and knowledgeable about all products....Tim showed genuine concern about me the customer and making sure I was not only treated well but that I was making the right purchase vs the wrong. Looking forward to using my first new full set of irons, hybrids and drivers in over 20 years....fantastic experience!!! Highly recommended!

Purchased a Taylormade Sim Max driver here recently. The process was awesome. The fitting experience was great, and Im very happy with the driver and shaft combo we selected. Im still working on my speed and ball striking, but according to my launch monitor Im now a 300yd + driver!

I currently work in a pro shop at a local golf course. I could have ordered a driver through my course but decided to go to Mitchell because they supposedly give you a free fitting when buying a brand new club or set. Anyways, I spent $400 on a brand new driver and Tim Moore basically did not want to do the fitting when I asked for it. The only thing I wanted to do was look at a few different shaft options. He told me that “ I didn’t need it” and “I don’t even know what I would be fitting you for.” He was extremely rude and condescending. On top of all that, Tim decided to give me the Demo driver after paying $400 for a new one. I physically watched him take the tags off of the demo driver I just took out to my work to test! Tim didn’t want me to get me a brand new driver head after paying full price I guess? Claims he’s a golf professional but it sure didn’t seem like it.

Great place to play simulators, test out new clubs, or buy your next set! They have tons of inventory as well as shoes, clothes and all the extras youre looking for.

This is the place to get clubs if you need to get fitted. Went through multiple options and used the simulator to find best balance on distance and accuracy. Felt they covered all the options and got the perfect irons. I also needed some woods so we tried at least three and some fairway woods. Determined I didnt get anything from a 3 so just went with the driver and 5.Spent about two hours trying different clubs and tweaks and really happy with what I got. Cant really say anything on the price point as I didnt really shop around. But I really didnt care due to the excellent service.Awesome selection and the guy helping me was extremely patient and knew what he was doing. In the Billings area and need new clubs? Hit up Mitchells!

Very good experience. Took a lesson from Rich. Awesome. Very good instructions. Broke things down in ways that really pertained to my level. Didnt feel like I was wasting his time. I will definitely be back.

First time going to Mitchell golf, great facility. Drove from Livingston for a fitting, Rich was very helpful in my decision making. Kept my woods and they altered length and grips by the time I was leaving. Didnt push any particular club on me and I left feeling confident and excited for new irons to come in.

Bring beer and go golf in the simulator on the weekend in the winter. Its not boring and the guys down there are all friendly and accommodating. Theyll even shorten your putter or re-grip your clubs while youre there trying a new set. Lucky to have this store in Billings!

Good choices, went duelp until i had lookring fall sale. Outside salesman were pleasant and offered to help inside polite but I must not look like serious golfer because more interested in watching game on TV then offering to help. Nice at counter though.
