Great communication. I wasnt even home when the delivery was scheduled, but I let my home builders know, and right on time they delivered and set up. I know a lot of delivery services would have otherwise not found the address or upon not being able to contact me for directions would abort delivery. Was very happy it all was done as if I was there.

I have had a good experience with Furniture Row. My son bought quite a lot of furniture at the Rapid City, SD store. I was there again on Sunday. We dealt with Tim Vottero and I spoke to him about buying an Accent Chest for my son. He is helpful and explains wait time, etc. It is difficult these days to try to get anything bought. I do recommend this store.

Had a great experience buying a sofa with Brady. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. I came back two days later to purchase the couch he helped me with, but found out that they wouldn’t give him commission if he wasn’t present at the store. I think it’s unfair to Furniture Row employees that they do that, not to mention, inconvenient for customers to come back in order to honor the commission to the person they worked with. 5 stars for Brady, but come on Furniture Row, that policy sucks!

Brady assisted us with our couch shopping. He helped us with measurements and figuring out the perfect layout for our sectional sofa. Our sofa arrived a week earlier than the eta given and they were able to deliver within a couple of days which was exciting. The delivery guys were very nice and efficient. Would definitely recommend

Very helpful staff! Went to other furniture stores in the area and they were no where near as kind!

I liked how the worker who helped us was informative and helped us, but he wasn’t so pushy about it and let us browse.

They dont have much in stock so what you see on the floor might takes months to arrive... they do have a section in the back for whats available. The sales person, I think his name was Brady, helped me in looking around for what I wanted. I was able to take home a love seat that had a huge discount.

Was a great shopping experience. Kevin jest let us look and checked with us every so often and when we picked out what we wanted he walked us right through all the options and delivery. Very satisfied. Great selection, great prices and a great experience.

Jackie is the best! She did great helping us get the bedroom set we wanted even though I was super picky. I ended up getting a bed frame from another set. The only issue I had was the Denver mattress beds being a bit expensive.

Wont buy from anyone else. Kevin and Jackie are the best and have always taken great care of us even after the purchase is made.

We had a great experience working with Kevin to get new living room furniture. It was stress free and an easy transaction. We were able to shop without being constantly bothered by salesmen, and when we were ready the process was simple and quick. Kevin did a phenomenal job answering our questions and being transparent about shipping delays and whatnot because of COVID, and he had great advice in regard to all of that and our specific wants/needs. We were able to call the next morning after ensuring the dimensions and measurements would work for the area, and he quickly placed the order for us and took care of everything. We will definitely be bypassing all other furniture stores in the future and only shopping here with Kevin!

We went in a couple times during the week to check out a few items. Every time we were not acknowledged by any salesperson for quite a while. We often had to walk around different stores to find someone in order to ask questions or purchase stuff. When we were trying to buy a piece in took a lot of tracking down the salesperson to complete the sale.When purchasing our item we ask about an additional item that was advertised as being included with the purchase and we had to convince the salesperson that we needed it.

We love Furniture Row! We’ve been buying there for years and won’t go anywhere else. They stand behind their products which are well made. Kevin and his team are fantastic people who don’t pressure or bug you, and they know a lot about the things they sell.

The moment we walked in the store, we were met by Scott Holter. He took us to the rocker recliners we were oozing for & explained the features of each chair we tried. We finally decided on the one we liked & then saw some other items that caught our eye. Scott was very helpful & knowledgeable.

We walked in and Mike introduced himself. He asked if we needed assistance and we advised we came in just to look. He gave us adequate distance to shop with out feeling pressured. We found a sofa we liked but wanted to see it with a chair it was not set up with. He happily moved the chair so we could see it all together. After deciding to purchase the set, he asked if there was anything else and we joking day a headboard for our master bedroom. He said he would be more than happy to show us a few and after some great options that he presented and showed us the finer points of, we are now proud owners of a new beautiful bedroom set that we just love. With all the COVID-19 he has kept in contact at a safe distance and had never made us feel unsafe or uncomfortable in his store. With delays in shipments he’s kept constant communication to advise us of anything before we even felt the need to ask.We will be shopping with him again!
