Had stopped last week checking availability. Went back today to purchase. Yes, I purchased, but now have to go to another store for post to gate hardware pieces. Another hour of time before I could install the gates I bought. Sales person agreed yes you need those to install correctly, but didnt know where to get or send me to get the parts. Sure doesnt make me want to come back or recommend this business.

Shout out to Frontier fence...my fence was damaged in yesterdays wind and they had their people out there within 2 hours of my phone call to put up a temporary fence. It kept my dogs in and therefore my sanity! Thanks so much for the unbelievably quick response!

Frontier fence came to install fencing for the landowner that resides behind me.One day I noticed the topper of my mothers birdhouse (she had passed away and all I got was birdhouse; literally) was missing. It was a little piece of her and so I mentioned it to the guys installing the fence. They said they had not seen it. But a few days later they actually came back with it.THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I really appreciate your integrity. Thank you for knowing how important that was to me.

Went with a friend to pick out a fence for her yard. We liked how they had samples up and on display outside so you get a better idea of color and sturdiness. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Took 1 1/2 hours to receive our food. The two cups of coffee were luke warm and so was the food. The taco salad had a sweet taste that I didnt care for.

The people that work there are awesome! Very helpful and nice! Large selection and I hit a sale!!!

I’ve been patching messed up sections of my existing vinyl fence all summer; I had a portion of old wood fence with a gate that was shorter than the vinyl portions. I needed new vinyl that closely matched the existing stuff. I checked the big box stores and they didn’t have anything close -even though they were the ones that probably sold it originally. My next thought was FRONTIER FENCE. I like that they both install and sell fence to DIY’ers, like myself. Quentin took my drawings with dimensions and photos and the fabricators took what I wanted and made it happen. There were issues with the first fabrication, but i chalked it up to my unorthodox installation and some poor drawing. Miscommunication, plain and simple, but Quentin acknowledged the issues and fixed the problems in a quick and professional manor. When it comes time to replace the entire 400 feet of fence (with wood) -I know who I’ll be calling. I’ll Frontier Fence install it. I’m over fence.

Good price on wire tried to order $5k in drill stem pipe and no one placed the order. Wouldnt give me orginal price.

Frontier Fence was awesome, I had ordered my fencing through one of the big box stores, but the order was delayed and they told me they could not get the fence anywhere else for at least a month. We called Frontier Fence and they had it in stock. They delivered it out to us and they saved us a lot of money in the process. They were very helpful as we had questions about how to do something they were very willing to help us out. I would definitely recommend them if you are needing someone to install your fence or even if you are doing it yourself.

Professional Timely and trouble solvers! My property had a very difficult old chain link fence to remove. They guys worked so hard to remove it and then put up a gorgeous redwood fence and gate. I just moved up here and found a rental with no backyard fence, I scrambled to find a fence company and Frontier was the first to respond, Quentin came out, did his magic and sent me a quote. Once I approved the quote the scheduling was not working for me, so again Quentin came to the rescue and pushed it up to meet my schedule. The installer that came out, Matt was awesome and very professional and actually cared about his work....Well Done, I know where I will be going next summer for my fencing needs. I am not a paid actor, just a very satisfied customer!

Frontier Fence did a great job on my fence. They had to build a gate on a slant to fit the slope. It wasnt quite what they liked, so they went back and made another one in the shop. It looks perfect for the slope. It was done in a timely manner, which was important so our dog didnt have to be tied up for very long.KjB

Shonn a worker or manager claimed to be an owner lied to me and called me a derogatory name, after I confronted him he asked me to come down there and fight him. Very unprofessional business will not be using them for my fence needs.

Just had a fence installed from Frontier Fence. Not impressed at all. Had multiple issues with them during this process. 1st absolutely no communication on when the install would take place. Ended up with about 48 hours notice after waiting 5 weeks. Not much communication about anything. 2nd- they make you sign a contract that their not responsible for private lines, sprinkler heads, etc.... I’ve never done this before and they have plenty of experience. I wish Drew or one of the guys would have mentioned that locating private lines was a thing and I would have done it. Because they didn’t and because I didn’t, they cut my line supplying power to my well and I had some additional expenses to get that fixed. 3rd- Drew knew I was building this fence to have dogs. Didn’t mention a word about uneven ground and neither did the crew. Fence gets done and after spending a large amount of money, I had gaps under most of my fence. Average of 4 inch gaps on the fencing and huge gaps under the gates. That caused me to spend a large amount of money on top of the fence to have concrete placed under the fence to solve the issue of why I was originally putting up a fence. 4th- there are different crews working on the fence instead of the same crew and the same foreman from start to finish so when the 1st crew screws up placing posts, the next crew and foreman has to deal with it and it just turns into a finger pointing activity. 5th- not much care given to the final product. Fence panels dirty/muddy because they left them laying on the ground for 2 days during a rain storm, Visible cement on the fence posts, etc... all in all, really not happy and not impressed at all. Given the chance to do it again, I would go with a different company.

Very unhappy with this company. First off, I ordered my fence and it took over two months for them to come out when they told me it would be 4 weeks, no follow up. I work in retail and I know when things go on backorder or whatever so I tried to have some grace. Second, when they finally started to install my fence (which is little over halfway done at the moment) they drug all of my weed barrier out and left it flapping around while also leaving dirt, gravel and clumps all over my driveway AND my neighbors without cleaning it up before they went home. Ive tried calling and leaving messages to speak with someone and my wife has even tried to leave messages for them to call back and they never call back. And lastly, this is the worst part, They dug and hit my sprinkler line which they claim zero liability however tried fixing it to no avail and told me I had to foot the bill for repairs. They said there is no way to mark sprinkler lines to which I replied, my builder understood that hence why they placed them right next to a GAS line, which is markable. Yes, they nearly hit a gas line which was not marked before THEY started to dig. So now a little over 8 weeks and Im stuck with a partial fence that they keep saying they will be out to fix, with a broken sprinkler line that I have to have professionally fixed, with nobody contacting me about any of this. Completely unprofessional and from now on will never reccomend them to anyone and I deal with a ton of people every day.
