We came in at 1:00 P.M. on a Friday to get a few shirts made last minute. They were amazing and where willing to help us. They made the three shirts we needed that day, with nothing but smiles on their faces and great attitudes. Would recommend.

Well they have had poor service in the past Tony normally makes it right in the end but the Lady today should get a new job she had no people skills, no business skills, she was just straight up a Royal .... Anyways I glad there are more people to pick from to get stuff done cause after today I so over there workers who dont care and want to do what a customer is asking them I mean really grow up act your age. I very much look forward to having shirts made for all my adult daughters and myself for Christmas pictures. I had the image and brought it in to the establishment to ask for a price for 5 printed shirts. They quoted me a MUCH higher price than I had found on their own web site, so I asked what the discrepancy was in the price. The employee stated that they give web orders different pricing, so I returned home to place the order online. About two weeks later, I picked up the shirts, took them home and upon inspecting them, noticed that they were EXTREMELY small!! I mean, they looked like youth sized. I returned to the store to see if they could make it right for such a special occasion and she stated that that brand runs small. i Told her that it didnt mention that on the web site, that the shirts were unusable. She just said that they couldnt do anything about it and sent me on my way. I wont be back!

I ordered hats for my business over a month ago and told they would take two weeks. I paid most of the balance up front. I called today to ask about them and the lady on the phone was no help but she told me she would call me back within an hour to let me know what’s going on. She never called me back. I called back again about 4 hours later just to find out they haven’t even been started yet.

A strong local business. I typically visit around early December and order various embroidered products. The consistency and quality of the work is high and very consistent. My recommendation is to call in and get a personal quote as sometimes the website cannot be as accurate on the pricing for screen printing and vinyl. Overall a strong store that I will consider purchasing from in the future.

Mandy and Dani are awesome in the front. Always extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable when I am there dropping off or picking up our clothing. It does seem like they both have to put out a lot of fires from the back. Recently I organized a charity walk and gave the back all the information for the design a good 5 weeks in advance of when I needed the shirts completed. It took multiple phone calls of following up for them to get it completed and approved. And at the last minute the person I was working with, pawned the project off to a new employee that I have never meet and you could tell she had no clue what was going on. I received the shirts on time, but it was at the last minute before I got the shirts. I gave a 4 star and not a 1 star, just because of the front staff members. I feel like the back need a lot of help and find a way to work together instead of the blaming game.

Getting a quality wrap with an awesome design was the best business decision I ever made. The quality was top, the price was insanely good and they got in on way quicker than I expected.

Aces as very high quality coats, hats and shirts for both our warehouse guys and office employees, for both men and women. Our glazers have to have visible safety hard hats and coats. Im so glad we got the heavyweight coats last winter! This last order of North face rain coats everybody loves. We didnt do the embroidered logo on this coat, we did the screen print. Mandy was right, we didnt want to stich on water proof! The people that work there are truthful and know there product. I LOVE the fact that they tweaked our Logo ...just better placement! If hats I picked are going to be longer to get in and embroidered they are honest and say so!I dont call and order because I just love going in and seeing everybody there! Aces all colorI went to aces for some cups to be engraved for my wedding mind u i dropped off 16 cups total five of them were swig cups I dropped off three berry colored and two purple colored mind you the colors of my wedding are purple and pink they have had my cups for over two months I have been in several times to pick everything up and every time it is not done I sent Tony prill the owner a message on Tuesday letting him know that I would be in today Thursday at 9 AM to pick them up I got there and they were not done Apparently a few of the Cups got ruined and he needed to replace them he replaced them with a totally different brand and they were black I sent him a message back letting him know that they were not going to work they are not what I brought in and they did not have lids he went to Hallmark and replace the 5 cups with the swig cups and I told him they needed to match the wedding pink and purple so today after the mixup he offered to deliver them to my work I receive them this afternoon and none of them are the right color I told him he needed to do something to make this right not only were the 5 cups the wrong color the engraving on the cups are crooked we also asked for the logos to be bigger as they look too small on the bigger cups that did not happen I sent him the copies of the emails of proof so another words do not shop at this company he is not willing to do anything to fix this he told me he is willing to refund my money for the engraving But I have to bring him back all of the cups and I am fine with that but he is not willing to pay me for the cost of the cups to begin with as of right now we have over $1000 invested into these cups and he is not willing to make it right I will post a picture of his response very unprofessional sorry for the long post I think this needs to be shared all over and he needs to lose business. He keeps telling me I am just trying to get something for nothing that is not the case I brought in pink and purple cups for my special day and received the total opposite of what I brought in🤬🤬 Please share this all over i would have not paid for them but we paid in full when we dropped them off!
