The people that came out to do our window installation were very nice and professional. They were friendly to my dogs and very understanding that managing, 3 dogs, including a puppy, can be difficult and they made sure to pay attention when going in and out of the house. They explained the process to me and kept me informed. They did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards to where I didnt have to go back behind them to clean up. The job was done correctly and thoroughly. When we decide reside our house we will go through them again!

K-Designers removed the old bathtub and replaced it with a shower enclosure because my wife could no longer enter the tub on her own without help. Kyle the young man that did the work was wonderful. He knew what he was doing and was completely professional. It took him 2 days to complete the job and it looks great. I would recommend K-Designers to do work in your home if needed. Kyle the installer was great and I would allow him to do other work in our home if it were needed. My wife loves being able to take a shower on her own again without having to ask for help.

K-Designers did two doors for our 100+ year-old home and the contractor they used did a fantastic job! Very professional, good workmanship, very respectful of our home, and met our every need! I definitely recommend K-Designers to work with for planning and implementing door installation or remodeling work!

My mother had K-Designers come in and replace the front door and all of the windows. They didnt seal the front door properly, so now there is water damage along the floor. They also didnt install the windows correctly. So far one window has cracked because they shoe horned the window in, not leaving the usual space above the window to allow for settling. Upon contacting them they wanted ANOTHER $400 to fix their own screw up on the window. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If you live in Montana maybe K Designers is great, but we wouldnt recommend them for out of state work. We paid them alot of money for the siding and windows job, and they never came back and finished some touch up work like they said they were going to. They also billed us for the materials we got for the touch up work but never came out to do the work so the materials have stayed in the same place for 7+ years. I dont know, but considering we havent heard from them in almost 7years I dont trust or recommend them. Decide for yourself I guess, but if you live in a populated area with different options I would probably go a different route.

K-Designers installer Kerry Kraft was remarkable. He installed fascia, soffits, ceilings on porch and patio, and replaced part of siding on East side of home. Kerry was very professional and a hard worker getting the job finished. If I need K-Designers in the future I will request Kerry.

K Designers installed a bay window in my 70 year old home. They were very efficient, courteous, and took steps to protect the floor and working area. They willingly discussed any concerns that I had, and I am thrilled with my new window.

The gentleman that installed our new shower was on time very professional very quick and didn’t stop until he was completed had completed the job. The people I met (Jeff, Kerry, and Dean) were all fantastic. They were punctual, caring, friendly, helpful, professional, thorough, everything a customer could hope for. The windows are the best! They have cut down drastically on the noise factor from this busy street. They are tight, look great (even though I do miss the unique looks of my old windows), and were installed so quickly and neatly. All I had to do was move things away from the old window, so Kerry had access to them. Kerry brought his own vacuum, so there was nothing for me to do but move furniture back and rehang pictures. An amazingly great experience. Thank you!

The installers were very polite and friendly. They did a good job putting the door in. The installers were also very organized and worked well as a team. The door and trim looks very nice. The door looks like its a good quality sturdy door too. They did a good job at cleaning up and leaving our dining room looking nice. I like the fact that they had all their tools and everything you need it in a large trailer and they were all self-contained. Overall it was a very good experience.

Had some gutter work done by this company. Unfortunately the gutter was not put on right tends to swoop down they have been back once. I have called several times and they do not tend to come back. When they did finally call back was informed it would be 285. Dollars plus charges after this. One hour free. Will not use this company again. You can drive by my house and see for yourself,

Terrible customer service. They have lied to us since the day the salesman came out. Ordered a walk-in tub at th 2018 Fall Home Improvement Show and they still havent fixed an issue weve had from the beginning. The tub is extremely narrow and sub-par construction.In answer to the owners question; yes, I have called the local branch many times. Each time Im lied to. The only time I actually get any action is when I give a negative review somewhere. After posting this review, I received a call this morning saying they were coming to fix it today. Since I heard from Kyle this morning Im pretty sure he is coming to fix it. He is is the only person in the whole company that has been honest with us.

We now have a new house at are old address. Chris and his crew did a fantastic job. All our neighbors have commented about how great the house now looks. We are very pleased. The crew was very quick, payed good attention to a lot of small details and the clean up was A.O.K. A job well done....

Wrong size door panels were sent from the supplier and had to wait for replacements. After door was finally installed, there was no handle or locking device. Also installer wasnt aware the outside moldings were to be wrapped, so the material was not at hand. After a couple of weeks, these problems were resolved and I am happy with the finished product. The installers were genial and pleasant to work with.

We engaged K Designers to replace 4 Windows, 2 sliding doors, and an entry door. The workmen arrived when promised and did a fast and excellent job. They even cleaned up after themselves leaving a tidy area. While their materials were not the cheapest, we felt the materials they used were top of the line and that we got what we paid for. The company was quick to respond to e-mail questions and enabled us to get Energy Star rebates from our local power company in a rapid fashion. Give them a good look if you want any of a wide variety of home improvements done well!

Have called about 50 times about the same issue. Always told it would get solved and then never does. Disappointed in their ability to handle customers after a big sale.

Arrived on time and took the time needed to remake the framework I had that fell apart! Finished job looks excellent and theres a very noticeable difference in the coolness of our house. Very satisfied and we cant wait to do our other wondows!!

We have been purchasing products and workmanship from K-Designers for about 40 years--windows-doors-siding-soffit and have been very pleased with the products and workmanship. And when we purchased from other companies, time will tell you we always regretted those purchases. K-Designers products are worth the money.

I had 15 old windows replaced by K-Designers and am sooooo pleased. They were true to their word an quality, timing, style, design, and more than that - engage a stellar installation team. Im very pleased.

The workmen were good, professional and friendly. They would take time to explain how everything would be done as well as answer any questions we had.

I wish I could give a lower star. They installed windows in my inlaws place. Not only were they installed incorrectly...no foam for installation during the winter. The wind blew right through with no energy savings. They sent a new contractor to do them correctly and replaced them all but 2. The 2 they didnt replace leaked when it rain and damaged the inside of the house and kitchen floor. It has been well over 7 months with no work or admission of their fault in the matter. The new windows installed qere supposed to help with energy bills and for the sale of the house. Energy bills went up. And the damage done by the window leaking has not helped with selling the house. Do not use these scam artist. Their products might be good but the craftsman they send to do the work make them not worth it.

The windows are great, very well made and my favorite part is life time full coverage, and the tall windows that open down on top and up on bottom. My fear of having windows on the top floor is the kids being able to push screens out, because are windows are lower, so we never were able to open the windows and let fresh air in, but now I can open from the top down and dont have to worry about the kids falling out. Or pushing screens out.The other part is cleaning will be easier, are electric bill is high during the winters so Im hoping this winter well notice a huge difference, just by that in the long run the windows will pay off. During the summers in our house it get really hot up stairs and down, Ive noticed on hotter days it says cool inside. Hope to do more business, we have a old house and a lot more to get done, With the time and energy for my husband to do all the work, also the trips driving back and fourth and deciding the right product. Takes a toll of a family and stress, I;m very happy with what was done so far. Hope to get more done.

Horrible service. Met them at the home and Garden show. Give them my information to get an estimate on a new front door. The regional manager and the sales rep came out to measure. Sent the regional manager a couple of text messages and never heard from them again.
