We came in blowing smoke and doing about 5 mph in our motor home. They got us quickly and found the problem but the part needed to be ordered. Phuzzy and Sydney did a great job helping us. They allowed us to stay in the parking lot with our four dogs until the part came in. They got it fixed and on us on the road. They were all super friendly and professional. This is a great place!!!

They changed the Front defferential on Peterbilt of mine, overcharged and not honest about what are exact price are. And finely the truck out on the road after 4 days and it’s overheating after 150miles away

I had AC and emissions issues so I stopped here. FCFS. It took 4 hours to get looked at and about as many to get back on the road. I was fortunate enough that my issues could either be fixed or I could still drive and finish my run and fix when I got home. Sydney, Phuzzy, Steve, and Trent were amazing. Kept me informed the whole time. Ordered me a part and I picked it up on my way back through. I would happily stop here again if I needed to.

Our Motorcoach (with a Freightliner Chassis) had an engine problem (software, technically) and Sydney, the Service Representative at I-State Truck Center who worked with us, was absolutely awesome to work with! Great attitude and smile. In fact, if she was in Wilmington, North Carolina, Id hire her myself for our company.Sydney got us, without an appointment, into the lineup to have a diagnosis done on our coach. so we could have an idea what we were dealing with. Their team did a phenomenal job of taking care of us and got us on the road in less than 48 hours. Oh, and that includes handling a Freightliner Recall while they had a coach in the shop! Hello,I had my towed to your shop on July 12, 2021. Truck would run for few minutes and shut off.For over the one week. The mechanics placed all injectors, wiring harness and countless hours on other fuel related things.Forward to July 17, the mechanic finally found taut truck needed new ECM.A $3000 repair cost me over $10000.I have written to your head office and have not heard anything.Would you kindly get back to me why injectors and wiring harness was replaced when the issue was ECM?I spoke with my local CAT mechanic. Even he said that ECM should have diagnosed before replacing all other parts.Thank you,AJ

I brought a Fleetwood (freightliner chassis) motorhome in for radiator cleaning due to an overheating situation. I-State charged me the agreed upon amount to clean the radiator plus $200 extra to install a single hose clamp. I was left with a leaking radiator that was still coated in road grime. After repeated attempts to resolve the situation, I-State admitted some fault but informed me that they couldnt fit me in before I had to continue on my way. I was left paying the full bill without the service being completed properly. Attached is a photo of the radiator after it was professionally cleaned by I-State.

The schedule on the door says they are open till 11PM, got here at 10:40PM they were closed. Called the after hours number and they say they close at 9PM. Not cool guys.

Wont take our 2008 Coronado anywhere else! Theyve done all kinds of work for us, from a CAT engine rebuild (at a much more reasonable cost than CAT), to rearends, radiator, wiring...you name it! Cant say enough about how awesome that both the service, mechanics, AND parts people are!

I had autochains installed on my truck here not to mention some other work . They did a great job and were very good about working with my schedule . Great service and nice clean facilities also very helpful service and parts departments. My autochains are absolutely awesome btw!!!
