What can you say about Costco that people dont already know? Its great for bulk buying, being aware of their coupon book and buying the sales saves you money, and they have great products. I also love their food they sell at the checkout. The chicken bakes are especially good. I love Costco and wish they would build one in Cody, Wyoming.

Sometimes the prices here are more than elsewhere which makes it worth paying a membership fee questionable. But they do have other good deals and they seem to treat their employees well.

As a new member of Costco the parking lot is a nightmare, be careful you can literally get killed. The store itself is well stocked but it’s very crowded on sales floor with furniture aisle. I personally prefer my other sales membership at Sam’s Club even though it a little bit farther.

I use the pharmacy at Costco. Their prices and service are fantastic. A prescription that a chain pharmacy that they wanted $300 for cost me $40 at Costco. Thats a big difference.

Shelves are always stocked no empty product areas. Employees are very helpful and will always be able to help. All products and equipment are cleaned and very well kepped.

Costco has a great selection, they keep the store clean and the staff is friendly. Minus a star because of how busy it always seems to be. Almost always have to wait in line for a while to check out. Check with Google first about the busy times and make sure you have the time to shop if you are within that window. But the free samples mean I always come back :)

The employees here are always very helpful and I really appreciate that they adhere so closely to covid protocols. Their stock rotates a lot. The automated kiosks and self checkout are nice updates.

Ive always enjoyed this Costco. Ive had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Most of the workers seem happy to be working their job. They have a great set of products and their food court Pizza is one of the best in town.

Lost my business. Was told that in order buy their product with my own hard earned cash I needed to wear a mask even though the mask mandate is over. You dont tell your customers how they need to shop, they are the ones making you money. Went to sams club instead and will only go there for now on.

Everything was easy to find I got in and out of there super fast I was doing an instacart order

I showed up with someone elses late load that got rescheduled for the next day. It was after hours and only one guy working in the back. He still got me in and unloaded in no time. Super friendly guy working in receiving. The dock area is kinda goofy with customer parking in front of it and pedestrians walking across nonstop. You pretty much have to enter the dock area from the lane that says Do not enter, wrong way to get lined up for the dock and pull out past the stop sign. It was super busy and the tire shop was using some of the dock area to work on customers cars. Still not a bad experience.

Had an opportunity to shop with a friend here. I wish it where more accessible to the public.

The Billings Costco is one of the best stores in Montana! I have always received friendly service from very knowledgeable people. When asked a question about finding a product, they have immediately walked me to it. From the clean and efficient gas pumps, to impeccable tire and battery services, dedicated eyewear, pharmacy, photo, and food services---always a grand experience. Costco is also a leader in the Covid-19 pandemic protocols, and been consistent in maintaining a safe shopping environment. Great job and keep up your good work!

I always find more than I need...but I wish they would bring the frozen Mexican corn back to the Billings store. That stuff is delicious!

Whether you have a large family or just like the savings of buying in bulk costco is the place. Also the chicken bakes from the food court are pretty good.

My wife and I come here every now and then for a slice of pizza or a roasted chicken. We do a lot of our shopping here also. Great prices and happy workers from what Ive seen.

I like Costco and have been a member since they came to town back in 1991. I love their products and services. However, I am tired of the mask Nazis chasing me around the store. We do not have a mask mandate in Montana anymore, this is a corporate requirement. Im about ready to join the ranks of many others and switch my membership to Sams club. I am okay if Costco wants to require their employees to wear masks, but as a consumer, back off!

Love the optical department. Eyemasters quoted me $170 for lenses. Costco was only $60 for lenses (frames cost extra) I was able to get 2 identical pairs of glasses at costco for just a little more than a single pair of lenses.

I enjoy getting good deals on groceries !

Prices just arent what they used to be. Most items I bought were not differently priced than any ordinary supermarket.

Still has good stuff, still has good prices. Really appreciated staff helping direct us to shorter lines when checking out, as well as helping us a few other times during the visit.

Pretty good selections. Service is good but the wsit times are long. Disgusted that they push self service checkouts. If they expect us to use them, there should be a discount. I dislike that every business thinks eliminating jobs is the best way to cut costs.

Costco let me tell you about Costco theyre a little better than Sams club I kind of had an argument with the people at Sams see I opened up a credit card there and I had a 2400 hour limit I went in to use my card and they said I only had a $100 on my card I asked them why they said well you never used it so we reduced the amount you can as on your credit card Ive never had a credit card reduce my rate because I because I dont shop there all the time so to all you Costco fans I got rid of my Sams club account and my Sams club credit card after a few bitter words I had with their people and I am going to Costco from now on

The fuel and gas pumps need to be diesel only on one island. I don’t k ow how many times I pull in and all the gas pumps are empty and people with gasoline vehicles are all in the diesel islands. You need to makes the left island diesel only or make all of them diesel.

Great store! Need to do something with the parking lot and main entrance though. The main entrance creates quite a traffic jam at times. That aside the employees are great, very friendly and always willing to help!

Not really happy with the optical department. I have returned 3 times saying the prescription has to be wrong because I can’t read with them. They keep making an adjustment and no matter how many time I say it’s not right they tell me to just wear them…been in The case since I got them…won’t be back!

Always impressed with the level of service I get at Costco. My wife and I were helped a customer service by Anna and she was very patient and helpful. There are several people I see working there that have been there as long as I can remember, they must like where they work and it shows.Store is clean, pricing is excellent, quality of merchandise is always very good and they definitely have a customer-centric service model.I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Fun place to walk around. We went looking for a drone and a tablet. Purchased the 10 Galaxy Tab and it was about $15 cheaper than Best Buy. They only had the drone online so we ordered it to get it mailed.Try out the cool infinity massage chairs if they are still there. That was worth the whole trip. How relaxing!

While I appreciate costco and its wholesale options. The layout and organization is very sporadic, and very far apart. It can be hard to find some things and impossible to find others. They are definitely expanding on their electronics selection and clothing. And I am hoping it was just the time of year that created the chaos.

A few items were missing including Pledge and Lemon Juice.That wasnt too bad but the cashier didnt greet us nicely and she was talking to her helper the entire time. Customer Service needs some work!

Its a Costco so theres that. Hard to get out the door without spending $200 or more.. Happy helpful employees that seem to stick with very low turnover. Just wish Montana would get with the times so Costco could offer their stellar liquor options.

Great prices, plenty of checkout lines to make your time worth it, and so far weve been happy with everything from milk to produce to snacks to muffins and beyond.

Trending in a bad direction. I’ve been coming to the Billings Costco since I was a little kid, and I have always loved it. Until now...They’ve implemented a series of inconvenient rules which slow everything down. I’m not talking about covid stuff.Example: They now count every item in every customer’s cart and cross-reference it with your receipt before letting you leave. So the line to get out the door is always ten carts deep. What a waste of time.Another example: You are no longer allowed to box your groceries as you scan them in the self-checkout. You have to scan everything and pay first, which forces you to handle everything you purchase twice. If you try to go thru self-checkout with a full cart, you will be sorry.It’s still Costco, so I’m giving it three stars. But if this trend continues, I doubt I’ll renew my membership. Walmart is right across the street.

They refuse to let you pay for your stuff the way you want or need to even tho they accept those forms of payment.

Large with lots of options. Has a nice food court and a fast self checkout station. Would recommend going here

Costco gets an F minus today. The managers have failed on every level of human decency. Forced to wear a mask against my medical abilities, it fell off and they stopped me and told me I couldnt shop there anymore. Then my daughter tried to move the basket she was pushing and the manager Joe assaulted her ! This place has gone to far. I will likely be using the law of the land to stop this totalitarian behavior of Costco

Went down to buy fruits and veggies

While I am generally very pleased with this store, I am currently trying to contact them by phone and it is absolutely maddening. Not only is it impossible to talk to a person, there is no way to back out of a menu if you choose an item. Clearly the people who designed it either never use it or just really don’t care about customer service.
