I looked all over for a specific costume. Drove 2 hours to billings to purchase after learning Halloween city had it. I purchased the costume and drove home two hours. My daughter tried it in and we realized there are two pieces missing to the highly priced $45 costume. I called the store and talked to the manager she told me there’s nothing she can do to make it right. She gave me the owner Justin’s number and he told me the same thing! Absolute horrible customer service to go along with their overly high prices. Disgusted!!!

I went to the store the second day which kinda was a good choice but I was going here to spirit halloween. We walked in and there were boxes and we saw the humor section the marvel section and the other entrance with jcpenney to the side and I am gonna state this store in three words. New Halloween store. I know that its not new its been around since the 90s but its new for us there were many sections like It, marvel, humor, spongebob, etc the store was getting started for this Halloween season but the store is good 4 stars for not anything is here yet and a new Halloween store
