I was turned away for a Covid vaccine here. They say on their website that walk ins are welcome, but I was told that since I did not have an appointment I could not get a vaccine. They should at least update their website to provide accurate information.
My teenagers were turned away for the COVID vaccine today because this pharmacist would rather put a state fee for not using a full vial of vaccine over the public’s health and safety. We were ready and available for the vaccine but they are putting profits over people’s lives. Walgreens across the street mixed up a new batch for us and we were in and out in 30 minutes. I will no longer take my business to CVS but across the street to Walgreens. Your mission statement is dishonest and does not accurately represent your values. Remember we are in the midst of a pandemic.
The pharmacy team here is a lifesaver for families dealing with dementia!!! They have been so patient & kind as we dealt with some complicated health issues this week. I would have tipped them if it was allowed lol!!! I highly recommend them, they have been top-notch from a medical perspective AND provided caring & supportive assistance that demonstrated professional case management skills. Unrelated, but they also give great skin care recommendations for mask-abraded skin. Also, this store is generally clean, well stocked, friendly and efficient. Everyones always helpful, but the Rx folks especially saved my sanity today. I am a fan for life!!!
The pharmacy staff is always very nice and professional. And a big shout out to Justin, who’s goes above and beyond!!! Thank you all for being there for myself and my family!!
We moved here 7 months ago and my husband got two prescriptions refilled in May for 90 days worth of two different meds. When he ran out of one of them earlier than the other he realized the count was way off. He called them and they at first said he was wrong but then he asked them to do an audit on that medication. They then called him back and said he was right and had been shorted 30 days worth of meds. Here we are 30 days later and he is still short on his medication. He has been on this same medication for over 7 years, he takes one a day as he should every day. He is now out of that medication before he should be, clearly the initial 90 count meds were short by more than 30 pills. They won’t refill his script for another 8 days. He even got a new script from another dr to get him thru the weekend til he sees his dr about the issue to avoid going thru withdrawals and they refused to fill that one! Which was only for 3 pills. These people are so shady. I’m sure one of their own pharmacists are stealing medication from customers.
A friend and active duty service member was forced to leave this store because of the color of his skin. He was going to pick up his fathers medication when an employee told him to get out, you cant be here, and even threatened to call the cops on him. My friend asked the employee why he needed to leave, but the racist employee wouldnt answer, they just repeated no, you cant be here get out you need to leave right now and leave before I call the cops.My friend is well-loved by many and an honorable human being. I am disgusted that this blatant racism still exists.
Incompetence won’t get the job done, I HOPE the man at the window wasn’t the pharmacist. Drive to the heights.
How disgusting is it to see service refused due to the racist employees who work here. You cannot make this up. My dear friend was told to get out by a clerk and they called the cops on him. There was no reason provided and it was obvious to my friend that this was race related. Despicable. Ill happily flash mob this spot in order to let it be known. This behavior is unacceptable and management ought to be fired.
A navy veteren and all around great guy was refused service at this store because of the color of his skin. This is disgusting to me that a racist clerk would be allowed to do such a disservice to an honorable man who was willjng to put his life on the line for someone to treat him so poorly.
The staff are really friendly and great at their jobs. The pharmacy provides excellent service!
From entering the door and being greeted, to having the pharmacy truly look out for your best interest. I havent had a bad experience yet in 4 years at this store.
Racism in America still exists and especially in this establishment. My friend, an active duty service member, was told to leave the store and that the cops were going to be called. This is all based on the color of his skin. Avoid this place for miles.
Fellow active duty service member threatened by cashier to “get out,” “you can’t be here,” “I’m calling the cops” for walking in towards the pharmacy to get heart medicine for his father. No explanation. Inexcusable.
Active duty U.S. Navy service member was told get out, you cant be here and threatened leave before I call the cops because of his skin color. CVS needs to fire this individual ASAP.
Horrible racist people work there. Dont patronize this place.
