John is hands down one of the rudest people I have ever met and should not be put in charge of an establishment. Only negative experience I had was having to deal with John. He is not suitable for the job and treats most of his customers with complete disrespect. I would certainly recommend taking the extra minute to drive to a different gas station than to deal with the disrespect.

The employees are extremely RUDE! I have never been treated so poorly at a convenience store before. I went in to buy cigarettes this afternoon and gave the employee my id (tall bald man) and he looked me up and down and kept glancing at my id and then back at me as if he didn’t believe it was me or if I was old enough to buy cigarettes. I am 27 years old and there is no way I look like I am under 21! He then asked for my card.. I handed him my debit card which he then says this isn’t your card and your name isn’t on it and smirked at me. It has my husbands name on it but it’s our joint account and obviously we have the same last name. I explained that to him and he said well too bad you can’t use this card then. I swear he was thrilled about it and I’m sure he thought I couldn’t purchase my cigarettes and gatorade then. So I then gave him cash and he rolled his eyes at me. I will never go there again not only because I can’t use MY card there that the bank just happened to put my husbands name instead of mine but because the employee made me so uncomfortable! Who wants to go to a store and made to feel like they are doing something wrong or like they can’t afford something? Disgusting behavior. Spend your money elsewhere!!

3gs is great convenience store The store has fresh potatoes,onions,apples,oranges,bananas. They havethe coldest beer and pop . The cashiers are friendly.

This is the worst gas station. They are so weird about IDs in general, but the 1 star review is mostly because the man working told me to pull down my mask, which I am not comfortable with, even though the name on my debit card and ID matched. I’m sure I look enough like my ID that you can tell it’s me from my hair and eyes. I will not be going back.

Bought Cigs every day here for 2 years. A cashier today that I know isnt new but I dont know if I have bought cigs from before wouldnt take my ID and asked for more identification? this has only happened here and Ill never shop here again. Every other employee will take my like actual ID and even the ones that barely work in that store regularlyIts a toss up of getting a good employee or a bad one most of the time honestly

Nice and convenient. The one on South 27th has the friendliest and most helpful cashier. Professional too.

Had me show an ID to use my debit card. Was just getting a water and a dr peper. The guy even made me take my mask off. Then went on a tangent about a ton of false facts about the pandemic.

The people their are friendly. They Id everyone for cards they use to pay to try and keep people away from possible identity theft that is why they ask for an Id when using any card to pay. I shop there just about every day.

The worst convenient stores in Billings. I have spent a lot of money at 3Gs. They have lost my business. I live near the store on Orchard and State Ave but will go out of my way and shop elsewhere. Employees are very rude.

The cashier working tonight was extremely rude. Apparently my purse was a backpack and not allowed in the store, not even if you are going to directly to the counter just to buy gas as I was. I know the family that owns this place and I see them at church. So disappointed that they hired such a jerk!

Most expensive in town plus they never have enough employees so you end up waiting 20 minutes just to get to the counter. worst convenience store in town

The lady in there was the most disrespectful lady Ive ever met. She wouldnt let my girlfriend use my debit card so I had to go in and she she asked for fingerprints on my debit card she told another gentleman to leave his stuff at the door. I highly recommend going to another store. And if youre curious what the girl look like she was very fat with brown hair!!!

No strollers & no hoodies. I thought it was sad & in poor taste to see an employee meet a mother at the door who had two toddlers in a double stroller to tell her she cannot not come in with the stroller. Go in just to have cold service myself. This applies to both the 3 Gs on State Ave. I drive further down the road just to get friendlier service. These are neighborhood stores that should appreciate their customers.

I give 3gs zero stars for their business practices. I will be telling all my friends and family not to do business with all of these gas stations/conveniences stores. If you are not careful here 2 of my friends had their cars towed for lots of money and it did not have to be that why. After helping one of them pay to get their car out of the impound it was 300,00 Thanks alot 3gs for this, my friend did not need this and it was so uncalled for. You can remodel your store and put fancy commercials on the TV. It does not change the heart. I believe the owners of these stores have hearts that are black as coal. I could not of posted this without giving them at least 1 star. It was not in heart though.

A few employees lack common courtesy and are just down right rude. I asked for a discount on expired candy and the gentleman told me no, if I dont like it, dont buy it.

Worst experience I have ever had . Went to buy myself some cigs and the big guy that works there refused to sell to me even after I showed him my identification. Will be contacting store manger .

This place is horrible, you cant even make a purchase with a debit card without picture ID. Just take my advice and stay away from this store.

I wouldn’t even give them a star. But you have to, to post. Worst customer service ever.
