Absolutely wonderful! Been here quite a few times and the Jersey guy was super nice and helpful to assist with my 360 having issues to playing my original Xbox games! He helped me find the source of my problem! Will definitely be back again, I highly recommend!
Only reason people go here is because he is the only place in billings to get retro games now. Thinks repos are worth the same as real. Over charges for games and consoles hoping you will pay to get it that day. He finally has a sign trying to say only some of his n64s are repos when its pretty much all of them. Stick to disc if you go here.
For a store that buys/sells old games and toys. The owner seems to have extremely poor knowledge of older video games. You can find some good deals if your willing to look though 100s of over priced games that sells for much cheaper online. There is also a store in Bozeman that has the same business model with employees that will give you a better customer experience and better buy/sell prices.
The worst experience at a game store. THIS GUY KNOWS NOTHING OF OLD OR NEW GAMES. HE USES EBAY SOLD PAGES TO LOOK UP THE GAME AND THEN OFFERS YOU THE GOING RATE FOR FAKE REPRODUCTION GAMES!!! HE CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE I PROVED THAT TO HIM. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXSITENT. He is a mean terrible person who just wants money and doesnt care a nick about you. He will sell you a fake games at full price and then buy your real game at fake prices cause thats whats he does. ZERO STARS bad customer service. This place is even going to be on the bbb its so bad.
Id say its worth the money for good quality. Id rather buy something here than off amazon. It might be more expensive, but thats for a good reason. These guys have the official product.
Be very wary of shopping here if you are a collector, prices are way to high and if you are not familiar with what reproduction cartridges look like for hand helds and consoles such as any nintendo or sega, this store will take your shirt. The have a very unethical way of selling this cheap fakes and will not tell you or have any signage that says the are rom hacked worthless reproductions. Will not be shopping here ever again.
Super nice, clear that the owner cares about these older games just as much as the rest of us and he wants to make sure everyone leaves happyDefinitely coming back again to get parts of my childhood back
Best place ever you need something of older games they have it
Mark is a great friendly person to work with. Will definitely do business with them
The gamestop meme applies here 100% when bringing in games.
Great shop with tons of retro games, legos and tons of other cool stuff. the owner was great to deal with and was a great help.
Wonderful store, retro games and collectables and more. Give them a try and you wont be sorry.
Trademark is one of my favourite places to go. I always find obscure games there and they are always very helpful. I have definitely spent my fair share of time and money at this place
Extremely friendly, unreal selection of old games in great condition!
They Always have an attitude! Horrible customer service and nothing worth their prices. Might as well just be dollar store game stop when it comes to trade-in. Done with supporting their business!
Great store, excellent condition of used games, consoles etc. Super friendly staff!
Cool owner. Great inventory
Its just a really cool store with alot of cool novelty toys. The owner and staff are really great!
This place is awesome its like walking in to your childhood
The absolute best place to get video games in the state. Every item Ive bought here is in great condition (and Ive bought a ton of stuff from here). A great store for collectors or casual gamers. Theres also plenty of other items, such as collectors toys.
Best place in MT for old school video games
Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable!
My kids and I have been going to Trade Mark since they were tiny. We always get amazing service and great deals. They ask me weekly if we are going to Marks store.
11/10 would recommend.
They have reasonably priced games, they have a lot of options to choose from and if you dont see what you want, just come back and try again as they will eventually get what you want. One thing I loved is many of the games I have bought are scratch free. I would definitely recommend them.
This place has 2 workers from what I see. But everyone is always so friendly and helpful! The owner has a huuuuge selection of games and systems, plus a variety of toys and collectibles! If theres anywhere in town that I would recommend in a heartbeat, its Trademark Videogames!!!
The store is always clean and smells good. They have a very large selection of video games for different consoles. I like that they carry things besides video games too, like body jewelry and guitars. The owner is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been stopping in for years and have never had a bad experience.
This is where I get all my games, absolutely love it here! Always helpful
Drove through Billings and thought Id check the place out. Very nice store with some very rare titles. First time visitors may be overwhelmed because there is a lot to look at. I noticed the pricing on his retro games were very pricy. Often $20 more for every title that would be considered rare. Not sure where he gets the prices from.
My go to place for all my retro video game needs! Love it here. Fair price and knowledgeable staff.
Mark is super awesome and insanely helpful. His priority was making sure his customer was happy not making more money, because of that I will be recommending Trade Mark Video Games to everyone I possibly can.
You’re better off selling to the pawn shop or game stop they want to give less then the pawn shop and sell it way higher
Very good experience The guy was super nice and very easy to work with A++++ I will go back and buy more games nice variety.
The selection is pretty decent for a local video game store in Billings. I found that some of the prices were a bit high but the employee was helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about. I ended up buying a N64 for $60 and got two free games thrown in for free, not a bad deal.
I come in very occasionally and usually only when Im too impatient for stuff I ordered online. Last visit, I bought a gamecube controller and it worked fine for a month but the left trigger failed, and then the rest of the buttons were soon to follow. Not to mention I spent 3x as much as the controllers I ordered online. Its kind of hit and miss most times though.
Real Awesomeness 1000 stars for them
I bought some Nintendo games here for my kids while I was in town on a business trip because a customer of mine recommended this place. I got home and the extra controller I bought (which was new) didnt work, one of the games was scrambled when we loaded it and my wifes machine was having its own problems. I called the store (during their 7 day grace period) and talked to the same sales person who had told me that I had 7 days to return to games if I had problems, because I had specifically asked what their return policy was when I was their making the purchase and he said oh no, thats just for in store credit. The sales person never told me that it was for in store credit only. I said to him that I would really like to talk to the owner and he told me when to call back. I got a chance to speak to Mark and it was obvious right away that he wasnt going to give me a refund. I told him that I have equipment that doesnt work and I have no use for them. He refused to acknowledge any problem and then HUNG up on me! I called him back and said I couldnt believe his lack of professionalism. Wow, I would NEVER support this local business ever again. Buyer beware!
I remember the wonder and awe from my days of growing up!
These guys are awesome. I went there to buy some headphones once, and I had to buy them about 3 times to finally get enough money to actually make a purchase. However, the guy did feel compassion for me due to having to walk home just to get the money and walk all the way back in the gross weather. He was a great guy. And then about 3-4 months later I broke those too. I am an idiot. Plus, they sell classic Atari, Nintendo, and Sega games. Plus, this is within walking distance of the nearest store to my house! I do think it sucked that Quiznos shut down next to them...oh well! We never get from there anyways. Thanks!
Love it! I can always find games for my old game systems
Great store for ALL youre games/consoles.
Very unique. Lots of old games and toys. Some prices are way over what they would be on the internet.
Best place to find classic games! The atmosphere in the store is also much improved compared to how it used to be!
A really mixed review on this location. There are some surprisingly rare titles (At least for Billings) in this location, but pricing is really all over the place. What they do have that is worth buying (Imports, Premium Gamecube or PS2 Games) come with a ridiculously inflated price (checked a few, some were nearly double eBay prices in better condition).50 Dollars for Pokemon R/B/Y (and no confirmation on battery status) is insane. On the reverse side, I found several games that were under priced (Blender Bros for 8 dollars. It sells on eBay for 45 and is extremely uncommon). If you are a serious collector, its worth paying for some inflated titles, but for any parents looking to buy retro games to get their kids, I would heavily invest going to Bozeman instead. On a more positive note, I have never seen more PS2 games in my life.
Awesome retro gaming and collectors dream store.
Great staff super helpful and friendly
Awesome place. Great staff. Very knowledgeable. My sons favorite place for action figures and games.
Competative prices. Trade in process is excellent. My kids can buy, sell and trade in one stop. Plus I always find something cool for myself, too!
Everything Ive been in there for something they have been very helpful with getting what I need. Fun store to go into you never know what your gonna find. Ive bought video games and an rc copter and my kids go there alot.
Great service and wonderful products.
Usually find some nice gems! My go-to place for retro video gaming, before I look on the internet. I like being able to trade Legos and games for store credit!
Great selection. Very helpful staff.
Really fun store, really good deals,Customer service is great with a smile,Things there you wont see anywhere else. Highly recommended
I love going to trade mark and buying yhe games i want
There have a good verity of games for new and old consoles but they make u pay for it
Awesome selection for those hard to find gems & the prices are more than fair!! I will definitely be back soon!
Awesome experience every time 🤘
I found their prices very competitive with what was going on with the internet. Yes they are close to eBay prices, but the way I look at it. I can get that hard to find, rare game from someone local OR buy it off eBay and hope it works. If it doesnt work, its a real pane to get my money back when buying off line. Ive bought a lot of games/consoles from Trade Mark Video Games and they all have worked. I did have a small problem one time, but the guy that worked there cleaned the game real good and I had no problems. They do have a nice selection of games to choose from. I also noticed that they do sell Lego mini figs. Yes, some are fake but they only sell them for $5 each. NOT $15 each like they do at the Lego store. My kid just likes to play with the mini figs. He has no clue or cares that they are not real Legos. They work for him and my pocket book as well. I think the new employee is very helpful and knows a lot about the games I am in search for. I do like that they trade for my old games and stuff. It makes it easier to buy those more expensive games when I can trade in old ones and only have to pay a small amount verse paying full price. That is one of the reasons why I think his prices are OK. If you do trade, you can get them for so much less. I do recommend you stop in and at least take a look around. You just might find that very rare game you have always look for.
Sold about 14 fairly recent games (2013+) only got $20, I could understand that amount if they were older games, or if they were in worse condition, but they werent, only thing keeping Trademark at 3 stars is they have a large selection of games to choose from
Great store, great prices, great service
I would rather drive all the way to bozeman for old school video games then ever shop in this place. Worst customer service and you will never get your money back on a return. The receipt does not say store credit only and should. Do NOT shop at this place.
They sell used video games and accessories among other things. They have a great return policy, great prices, and stand behind their sales
There trades are fair, just like their prices.
Bought 3 GBA Pokemon games there and a Game Link Cable for my GBAs.The GBA games are all fake, and the Game Link Cable is for the Game Boy Color.Im going to try and get my money back, and if I can I will change my review. Otherwise its obvious these people are cons and they deserve the low score and the little to no customers they usually have.Edit: Forgot to update this. I got the correct cable later and had to keep the games, but they can at least trade with the real games which I am lucky enough to have to transfer pokemon further into the series.
Large selection, couldnt really look around much as they had incense burning in store.
Decent selection of games but most are overpriced.
Great place to shop for games and much more
Mark is nice
Bought a ps2 and 2 games and PlayStation does not work, wont be coming back
Real slackoff the guy who works there...
Very friendly place. Great place to get a gift.
We go all the time!!
One of the best secondhand shops in Billings.
Nice friendly staff
Didnt have the game I was wanting but had others for the future and a good trip to memory lane
Great owner, great deals
Thats a lot of games
Hard to just browse.
I want cash trade-in!
Ok
