I cant belive the prices of the used items in this store. Some of the items where priced higher then new! They get EVERYTHING donated and instead of helping the community with reasonable prices they get top dollar. They dont barter and the managers always act so put out. I will not support MRM any more and I hope many follow.

I called before going to see if they might have what I was looking for... person who answered phone checked and told me what they had & cost. When I went in I found what I wanted quickly & got carry out help. The cashier & carry out person were both very helpful, kind & efficient. Store was clean & well organized. I would be happy to shop there in future.

What the heck happened at this store!? Things are SO overpriced! $45 for an old, junky food processor, $150 for an old Singer sewing machine that has no collectible or real value(I can buy a new one for that!)? Come on guys, overpricing antiques is one thing, but appliances and household items should be affordable to those in need.Other than that, the store looks nice and clean and staff was nice. Hopefully, whoever is pricing things reads this and goes and shops antique stores and Goodwill to see how to price things better. Even use eBay as a price guide and subtract 20%-50% if you have to(remember eBay has worldwide visibility, you do not).

Very clean compared to previous visits. I believe it is under new management relatively recently. Always excited to see google pay available as an option!

I enjoy shopping at the Mission stores in Billings.I find good bargins on items for my quick growing grandchildren.In doing so it puts good, lightly used items to good use which helps my pocketbook and make them smile.Better still, it brings money to the real mission of the Mission organization; helping those that are in need, providing necessities for life, and sharing the gospel of the saving grace of Jesus to give them hope which money alone can never buy!

Nice selection of everything

Years ago I grew tired of how rude and angry the people taking donations always were, so I took to making night deposits. Now there are signs posted all over that night deposits are not accepted and Ill be prosecuted for leaving any. Im close with the homeless community, and I love the mission, but Im done with the bargain center. Cheers.

Over priced and not much of a selection. Update 11/19/20 I must have went on a bad day prior because real nice stuff and a good selection but still over priced nice staff !

Found a few things to wear.

There prices are as high as some retail stores.

The prices are pretty high on some items. Its also disorganized. As with most thrift stores there are cool things and some garbage. Mostly I give this a low rating and wouldnt recommend it because I was a little offended that there were signs everywhere for buy 1 get 1 free toys but when I checked out the cashier charged me for both and told me that the torn up set of small animals should have been priced higher and the $4 stuffed animal plus the set was still a deal. So she opted to just deny me the sale that was perfectly ok for all others. I hope that they provide better for the mission and I hope that the sales of these items are providing for people. But I would recommend they not discriminate.

MRM is welcoming place to find great bargains- clothing, shoes, household stuff, furniture, books, videos, seasonal decorations. Its bright and clean, ready for. You to stop in and look around. Also a great place to donate things you arent using, dont need, or that dont fit. Drive-up donations accepted during posted hours on southside of the building. Support MRM- feels GOOD!

Used to not like this place but today trying to find decent books for a good price this was the only place to go, good prices in some areas others a little high ( mostly on furniture), staff was amazingly friendly

Some great finds. Used to be a bargain. I have donated before to this place. Not again.

I really enjoyed going to the mission.... only problem is the check out.... usually a line waiting and they dont call for help.... today there was another gal behind there but all she did was shake out sacks....

A wonderful place to visit and discover treasures. Prices have been more than reasonable and staff beyond friendly.

Its a great Thrift store. It often has sales on top of its weekly color tag discount. They occasionally have furniture out in front of the store that is free, there will be a sign in them.

Crazy ridiculous prices. Yardsale stuff at antique store prices. Dont waste your time.

Rearranged the store recently. Is very shopper friendly. Prices are reasonable also.

Pretty cool thrift store. Locally owned and operated, a much better choice than the corporate run thrift stores in Billings.

Always something new to find. Great staff, AND the money they make, well, it stays right here in our community helping those in need !

You cant really come looking for something; you have to find the treasures. Frequently, there are computer bits (networking, mostly) for very low prices!

Your stores are far yo expensive. You should have a person in-charge of research I could often buy at Wal- mart.for only a little more and have new. we shoppe thrift stores because thats what we can afford . Not true of the Mission stores. CUT BACK THE PRICES Trim the fat at the top of the heap..
