I was really happy leaving champs . The Manager John helped me get the shoes i was so looking for, He was really professional and polite. I will be shopping there again. Thanks again John for all the help!

Bought a pair of $200 Nike basketball shoes. Pulled on the laces the first time on the court. Eyelets on the shoes pulled out. Store MGR said no returns or refunds without a paper receipt. They refused to look up our credit card purchase. I dont care if we have the receipt or not. A store that sells $200 basketball shoes should stand behind those shoes!!!! Not even store credit?? They said all we could do is call Nike. Any other retailer in Billings would have stood behind this sale. Please buy from any other store..... NOT Champs!Update: After posting this review, Champs honored the shoe purchase and replaced them with a new pair. Would have been a positive review had they done that in the first place.

The absolutely worst sneaker store in town and it has been that way for 5 They literally just fired their entire staff and re opened and nothing has changed Employees are super rude especially the manager. Most people in Billings call it CHUMPS Walk across the hall to Footlocker where they are Professional and Courteous!!!

Such an amazing atmosphere and vibe that they bring. Very friendly and helpful staff. They seemed to be in slim pickings but the staff there made sure we had a good pair of basketball shoes, even if they came with a little more than a tag. Overall wonderful experience. Yall go down and check them out. They are really amazing and very helpful. Did I mention how helpful they were.

While Im sure the current staff is great, the folks who worked this store in the mid-90s absolutely ROCKED!
