The company replied to my terrible customer service earlier comment earlier: saying “they couldn’t find a vehicle that wasn’t in my budget.” How unprofessional when I wasn’t even in store to purchase a vehicle! Does the company even have knowledge about what’s going on in your own store??? Terrible customer service and terrible unhelpful staff. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

I was appalled by my experience at this dealership today. I went to get my car serviced after having to wait four months for the part to come in. My father brought my car in when he visited me in July and was quoted for $150 service after parts. We were never alerted when the part came in and had to call the dealership several times to make an appointment. When I arrived I was immediately told I would have to pay over 220 dollars for my service plus an additional $140 for diagnostics. My father called immediately after to complain about the quote I was given and instead of taking responsibility they placed all the blame on a past employee named Shane. When I returned to pay for the service, my representative Tibor proceeded to tell me that the mechanic would have the cost difference deducted from his paycheck as a result of their mishandling of the situation (which is totally illegal). He then pointed at me and said ‘so you should feel a little bad about this’. Tibor was incredibly unprofessional and patronizing and I will never get my vehicle serviced at this location again.

Can I give them no stars?Horrible horrible service. Never buy a car from them if you plan on actually wanting them to fix it. Warranty is worthless. They have had my car 3 months this year! Lies, never call you back, left me stranded 2 hours away from home in Billings. Had to take my car somewhere else. Just don’t do it! They are liars and thieves and even admit they are a dumpster fire, but not enough to make it right.

We were having a problem with the low tire light coming on even when all the tires had the correct tire pressure in them so we decided to take the car to Kia. My husband dropped it off on the day we had for the appointment and Kia gave him a lift back home.All day passes and we get no word from Kia on what was wrong with the car. The car got to spend the night at Kia. I called them the next morning and they admitted they dropped the ball and should have called myself or my husband.They said they found nothing wrong with the car and so they would send a driver to pick up my husband so that he could get my car. My husband got the car and as he was driving to come home the tire light came on. He flipped around went right back to Kia and got the salesman that told him nothing was wrong with the car.So the mechanic looked at our car again and sure enough, there was a problem. We had to order the part and get another appointment to have the part installed. Same thing happened again with dropping the car off a second time, waiting all day without any word or call from the service department and not even a courtesy ride to pick up our car. So they kept it again over night and again we got the Sorry we dropped the ball speech.At this point, my husband drops my car off at my work to switch out vehicles and I didnt noticed anything off about my car, so when I got home I stepped out of the car, went to go through my back gate and as I turned and faced my car, I see that the hood was LEFT open, it was a good thing I was not driving down the freeway otherwise there would have been damage to my cars hood.Just this past weekend I took my car to Master Lube to have the oil changed and as the service girls were going through looking things over and checking fluids on my car, one of the service girls came to me in the waiting area and said to me you dont have an air filter and your air filter compartment was left open I said you are kidding me and she said nope and showed me and also noted it on my receipt as to what happened when I brought my car in to have it serviced.So needless to say, I will never take my car to KIA to get serviced or buy another KIA. I will find another mechanic shop to do business or another dealership that will do right by their customers.

I had my car towed in due to chance of catching on fire possibly due to recall. It set on the lot from Friday evening until Monday. They told me on Monday it was not there and the keys were not in the drop box as the manager had checked. After the tow driver called them, they found my car, on their lot, and the keys in the drop box. The car was where I told them it was, as I had previously talk to the tow driver.These days women take care of their own business, even in what is usually a mans area ( cars, tractors, mechanical), so we usually know what is going on with our property including vehicles.They were great fixing the recall and with being friendly.

Do NOT buy if you are out of state. Titling has been a NIGHTMARE because they couldn’t get it together. Their finance lady constantly complained about how she was overwhelmed. That is not the customer’s fault. The sales floor and finance department blame each other for the multilple mishaps. I love my vehicle, but it seriously wasn’t worth this experience.

We bought a new 2021 Kia Serento from Rimrock. We worked with a young man Jayden who was working during the summer before going home and back to high school. It was so refreshing to see him working none stop to help us. While everyone else stopped to eat lunch he just kept running to help prepare our paperwork and clean the cars to showing me how to use the phone app. One of the most polite and personable people I ever dealt with in a car dealership. It was wonderful to see a young man with good work ethics. The other gentleman that worked with us (desk next to Jayden) was also a pleasure and had a fantastic sense of humor, was also great to work with. Bottom line we bought the car because of this young man. Truly a positive addition to this company.

I bought a Kia Forte from this dealership, and they made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected in there store. And I was kept in the store for 8hrs because no one had any of there stuff together. I was very tired and drained at the end of the day. And then I had buyers remorse and when I approached the team about it they were very unwilling and not open at all to helping me. I am very disappointed and upset with my experience with Rimrock Kia. And on a little side note I Kelly blue booked the value of my carAnd I was totally ripped off on the price of the vehicle.

For years, I heard not to deal with Rimrock. I cant speak for times past, but I recently bought a car from Rimrock Kia in Billings. My experience was excellent. They negotiated fairly, gave me EXCELLENT value for my trade, got me a very good interest rate for the part I financed. My salesman, Garrytt Melson, was also great. If he didnt have an answer to a question, he went and found out right away. I would definitely deal with them again.

These folks are in the business of intimidation. We drove into the lot and were immediately surrounded by not one, not two, but six sales people. Our only intention was to bring home a Telluride, which we had already test driven in Missoula a few months beforehand. Unfortunately, Rimrock Kias prices on this particular car were $20k+ above MSRP and they would not budge on the price, nor would they let us take one for a ride prior to negotiating terms. Needless to say, we left within ten minutes without setting foot inside the door (nor within a Telluride, since they didnt let us).This may have been our saving grace, however. We drove down the street and picked out a nice Hyundai Palisade instead. Six months later and we couldnt be happier with the purchase. Rimrock Kia are swindlers and scam artists. Beware.

I admit I was a little reluctant to return to VW Kia after an evening of high pressure sales and the seemingly endless process of negotiating a deal several years ago. However, I realized I had come out of the deal with a top notch product that I had been able to rely on in ALL weather conditions, including that severe hail storm we had in Billings in 2018.Rebecca Bandy had contacted me a few weeks ago, not very long after I had just started to think about trading in the Kia Rio. She was very diligent and persistent, yet not in an uncomfortably high pressure approach.When we eventually connected in person, she helped me a great deal with exploring and evaluating different options, not limited to just the available Kia Models. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I am grateful for all of her assistance.I am extremely happy with my vehicle purchase, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Rebecca to friends, family and coworkers.Thanks again Rebecca! I went to Rimrock Kia yesterday. I am actively looking for a second row captain seat SUV with every intention to buy as soon as possible. They won’t let you drive a Kia Telluride unless you “have negotiated a price that’s accepted between 10k-20K above the MSRP price with a signed financial agreement”. Honestly, I have no idea how they “pre-qualified” that I wasn’t able to pay 70-80K for a vehicle. Maybe it’s the early 30’s mom look that they automatically assumed I wasn’t worth their time, but they automatically said no. I explained to Michelle that I understood not driving their most expensive version and that I would try any version, because I wanted to see how it handled. I was still met with a no because I “wasn’t going to buy it”. I am literally there to buy a vehicle. I had my choices narrowed down to a Volvo XC90, VW Atlas, Kia Telluride or a Lincoln Aviator. I enjoyed great customer service at Lincoln and Volvo. Fred and Michelle at Rimrock Kia would receive 0-5 stars if it were an option. What a disappointment.

Because there is no KIA Dealership in the town I live in I had to drive almost two hours away to this dealership to have it looked at. My car started making a clicking noise inside the engine. So my son followed me in case something happen on the drive up there. I still had the Power Train Warranty and my car only has 62k on it. So if I didn’t want to be out any money on the engine I had to take it in to a KIA dealership. I left the car there for about an hour. The service manager calls me and said there is nothing wrong with the engine. I ask him about the clicking noise? He said that it was normal. So then I ask him. So your telling me if I was to buy a new KIA today and in five years time a clicking noise came from my engine it would be normal? No reply from him. The noise from my engine is still there and getting louder. I’m concerned to drive it anywhere long distance but I’m going to have to find another KIA dealership to have it checked out. I would not refer to dealership to anyone.

Just bought my third Kia Sorento. I love the car. The buying experience, not so much. With Covid 19, dealers are saying to buy over the internet. I knew the car I wanted so we only negotiated the trade in price. After driving three hours to Billings Mt. only to have a salesman tell me I have a wrecked car and will only give me so much for it. As to my knowledge, me car has never been wrecked. Anyway, back to the negotiating table. He starts throwing numbers at me and I admit, I get caught up in his game. Long story short, I got a new car, the dealership lost a faithful customer. I may buy another Kia, but it would not be from Rimrock Kia.

I brought my 2018 Kia Sportage to Rimrock Kia to have a remote start installed. I did have an appointment, and the parts were ordered weeks earlier.The remote start was well installed and works fine.However, I was very annoyed that it cost twice as much as I was quoted and took twice as long to install as was estimated.I do have other things to do with my life, Kia!

In November of 2018 I went to Rimrock to look into getting a car with AWD. I told them what I wanted and they told me of a few options in my preferred price range. I put $3,000 down and traded in my low mileage 2000 Honda Accord, I loved this car. Never had an issue, I only wanted to trade it in due to it was not the best in the winter. I ended up opting for a 2018 Kia Soul with only 1300 miles on it. First new car I ever bought, the payments were affordable and the car was a blast to drive. I would buy another which I intended to do in the future but it will not be at Rimrock. The issues only started after I bought it, the salesmen (I forgot his name) who sold be the car told me it was awd. Now given most of these small crossovers have AWD as almost standard I believed him. HE told me Kia Souls have symmetrical AWD, but again only until later I found out Subarus have this type of AWD system. As well as Kia Souls dont even offer AWD at all. That salesmen lied to me, even though this was a major thing I required. He lied to me to push a sale has infuriated me, but then in April of 2019 I went to use the AC system. Now I never tested the AC because 1, this was November when I bought it and 2nd, as a 2018 Kia everything should be in working order. I took it to master lube in the heights where I usually get my oil changed and they told be there was no freon at all in the AC system. I took it to Rimrock Kia to have them look at it, they tried to recharge the system but it would not hold a charge. They then told be the entire AC system and compressor would have to be replaced/gone through, and may I remind you this is a 2018 model. In addition, this was in April 2019. It would not be till early July 2019 for them to get the parts and have my car repaired at Rimrock Kia. It took roughly about two weeks, they had my Kia soul about a week before they did anything. I know because I went there twice to get items out of my car. It was parked in the same place in the same position I left it in. I can understand it takes time to get parts in, but this took nearly 4 months and I had to call them multiple times to get anywhere. The staff were friendly but again the timing was to long to be reasonable. In addition to this, they did cover all the costs for repairs, if I got one repair bill the car it would be gone. It was only until August of 2019 when I got rid of it, in August 2019 Billings had several hail storms. MY Kia got hit, and I took out an insurance claim, my options were to give it to my Insurance company or they would pay a portion off. Given all the has happened I got rid of it and they gave me about 1500 dollars with the difference. So I was out a nearly brand new car I had less then a year, and apparently it was also in an accident sometime prior to my ownership and no one told me. I had to get something with 4x4 so I went to hertz and bought something. I used the 1500 I got from my insurance and another 1500 for a down payment. But because of the escapades from Rimrock I was out nearly a 3,000 down payment for the Kia, another 3,000 dollars down payment to Hertz car sales and if I did my math right, I am out about $1,926 in payments for the time I owned it. So again thanks to Rimrock I wasted nearly $4,926 and I had to fork out another 3,000 just to get a reliable vehicle with 4wd. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. And Rickrock, if you read this, I would like my down payment back at least.

I went to Rimrock Kia today and actually had a great sales experience. Mike was very honest about what they had and where I could be. (This is after he called with good intentions and I told him about previous experiences. I would have ended the call with me but he was very level and kind.)They didnt pull my credit until I found a car that I loved. Turns out it was the first car I noticed on the lot and thought it would be out of my budget because it is NICE, it was also a Kia so I automatically thought I wouldnt like it. Mike told me to just test drive it and think of an offer to make. I fell in love with this car!Freddie got me financed and out the door in less than 2 hours. He does tell you to Get Excited and believe me you WILL when he comes back with an offer.OH aaand I got a 70 TV for buying my brand new 2020 Optima. (I was the first 😉) Follow my lead!!!!This is the 3rd time I have gone through this dealership and the 1st time I have left 100% satisfied with my experience.They have a really great team!

I highly recommend Kia!!!! Love the customer service great team all around wonderful customer service! I’ve not had the best experience at other dealerships in the past so I was a little hesitant at first! The team there is wonderful they didn’t push me into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. They were up front and honest and worked with me and made sure I got a car I could afford and loved driving! Rebecca thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience! Even know I didnt end up getting a car due to myself. These people bent over backwards to get me into the car that I wanted. They also helped keep my kids entertained and fed while we were making a deal. For I am a single mom and toddlers are tough. I want to thank them for everything!Steph
