No doubt a very pleasurable experience. I have a 2015 Dodge Ram diesel 3/4T truck that was not keeping a charge. I first called and asked if they could help identify the problem and was told to bring it down and theyd take a look. Upon arrival I received first class service from Scott. He tested and confirmed one battery (of the 2) was going bad. He offered his recommendations providing me with the information I needed to make a decision. I selected the batteries (decided to replace both) and he replaced them while I waited. Great prices and excellent customer service. I will definitely return here when I need future assistance for my vehicles and RV. Job well done, Scott!

I had an Interstate battery go bad on me, which is a rare thing. I have bought over 100 over the years and this is a first. I went down to the service center down on Lampman, they did a quick test and it was replaced at no charge. Top notch service. My next battery will be an Interstate.
