There was a major issue with one of the higher ups. His attitude was accusing and extremely rude. We had a rental vehicle from the dealer while our vehicle was having 1500$ worth of repairs done. On the trip back a deer ran out in front of us and there was an accident. The impact was at a speed over 50mph and the airbags did not deploy on a 2020 Titan. Once we were able to return the rental vehicle the manager or owner, I am not completely certain of his position, was extremely rude and degrading. Acting like I hit the deer on purpose.The service guy Scott and the sales lady we worked with was very nice and understanding.I will NEVER do business with Denny Menholt Nissan or any of their affiliates ever again.
Denny Menholt offered me a reasonable price on my trade in and I felt like I did not have to negotiate any further. O percent financing was a plus. Our salesman Malek was knowledgeable and a complete gentleman and we enjoyed our interaction with him. I have been a Denny Menholt Chevrolet customer for more years than I can remember and was always treated very well. I will definitely shop at Nissan in the future.
2 very good experiences with the service department in the past few weeks.Hard for me to tell a short story even for a review, so I will just say the honesty and transparency (prices listed in plain sight) of the service department is refreshing. Also, its been easy to make an appointment. The email and /or text of the results and recommendations from the inspection is very helpful. Finally, when I called with a question after I had gotten home, one of the service advisors called me right back with an answer. Thank you!
A big thank you to Menholt Nissan. Was passing through on a road trip when my power steering fluid started leaking. They got me in first thing and took a look. Had a busted steering tube cylinder, but part was going to take 2-3 days. They were able to get me patched up well enough to get on home, flushed the system, and didn’t charge me to take a look. Good guys—wished I live closer to Billings to give them more service.
My husband n I was there n some of the sales man was nice the guy that was working with us his name was Tim . We test drive the vehicle there was a few issues with it I told em that the vehicle pulled to the right n they said that that got it fix but not really as it seams like its still doing it. Plus we also have a hatch n when u open it, it doesnt close by its close button n nor will it by our foot so I told em about that n I take it in n had to wait for over 3plus hours to see if they could fix it, all they said they did was repair the motor for it but its still not working the way it should all they said that I had to take it over it Bob Smith Lincoln n tell em bout the hatch issue n that they will pay for having Bob Smith working on.They r almost as bad as Honda dealership was . So we willnt be going back to Nissan. My husband got me the Lincoln so that I wouldnt have to been over so much to get in, as Im disabled n looking at 5th back surgery soon again .

After an unfortunate series of events, we found ourselves at your Nissan dealership on Monday, June 28, 2021. The reason for bringing in our 2021 Nissan Rogue turned out to be a simple glitch with Nissan Connect app where we received several notifications of a vehicle brake issue the previous day. After seeing no warning lights on, and speaking with agents from Nissan Connect Services, we decided to drive to your dealership. We were several miles away in Livingston, MT when this happened. They told me I needed a new cabin air filter, upon getting home I check my records and saw where they replaced it in February . My wife called and asked to talk to a supervisor. She asked why we needed one, they should have checked their records and saw when THEY did it last. She was told by him, NOT A BIG DEAL. We think it is when they want to charge $80 to replace something that shouldnt need replacement. After this visit I will never come back there again.

This was my first experience with Nissan in Billings. Prior to this I was servicing my vehicle at the Nissan in Rapid City SD and the service there was always outstanding and fairly quick, which made me loyal to Nissan.I took my Nissan Quest in for the oil change that I had scheduled with service department about a week in advance for 8am on the week day. (Would be nice if they were open on Saturdays). Thinking that I only lose about an Hour of my work day, which is normal for the travel, oil change and 21 point inspection, I ended up getting my keys back at about 10:10 am. Over two hours for a scheduled oil change? That seems a bit too long. So I ended up losing 2.5 hour of my work day for a $29 oil change. (The price is good) So now I will think twice, should I go back for the next oil change or just stop by the quick lube and get it done in 10 minutes on my way to work?Oh yes, my guess, I am not going to get my free oil change next time since I just cant leave a 5 star rating on google.Forgot to mention, I was given a free car wash and was asked to give a 5 star rating on Google verbally and in the form of important poster in exchange for a free oil change. Next day I received a call from service department with questions about the service and another reminder to give them 5 stars on Google for a Free oil change.To me, that is not an honest way to get an outstanding rating. That is more like buying stars. The right way to do so is to provide outstanding and timely service to the customers to earn their respect and then just remind them to rate you but not ask them to put 5 stars without even asking how the service was.
Never buying a vehicle here again, they dont offer owner retention programs and they just take you car if its totaled without the option to buy the vehicle, complete trash Nissan, Nissan motor acceptance corporation worst lean service ever...

We had a fan assembly replaced. This issue has been a problem for Nissan and should of been recalled. Saw online of numerous people having the same issues. We ended up paying almost $1000.00 dollars for the repair.

I am not from North Dakota. I was traveling from Washington State to my home in Virginia, when I heard a clicking sound under the hood while driving. I pulled into the Menholt Nissan, trusting they would determine what was making this sound. They did, and it was only a flapping piece of plastic that was loose. They did a test drive and inspection. I was very pleased with the fairness shown in the hours charged. I would recommend this dealership to anyone desiring quality service, with a fair price tag.

Price for oil change was extremely reasonable. Cabin air filter was a little pricey but worth it since its not the easiest task compared to the engine air filter. Once service was complete they also pressure washed the vehicle. My Titan was extremely happy for the shower!

We were very disappointed in the service we received from the Service Department. They were very unhelpful, and at times disrespectful.The issues we had with our Nissan, were not of our making, and in fact Nissan corporate agreed to pay for the repairs at 100%.We then got a call from this service department stating that corporate would only pay 50%. When we contacted corporate, they stated that they never made that decision, and that they had only communicated that they would pay 100% with the Menholt service department.This leads us to believe that the Menholt department was trying to get double paid for the repairs.Overall it was a very disappointing experience. We bought our vehicle from Denny Menholt, and even financed through the dealership. We had been looking to purchase a new vehicle at Denny Menholt, but at this point we will never consider making a purchase with them again.

It was helpful that you let me drop my car off early. I was disappointed that you initially could not find my appointment and that no one notified me when my car was done. I had to call in and ask if it was okay to come pick it up an hour before you closed. Everyone was very pleasant and nice though. The service was fine in the end, just not exceptional.
I just recently used Denny Menholt for the first time, and had a great experience. I called in the morning with questions, they were busy, so I hung up without asking for them to return my call, but they did, thankfully. They were able to get me on the same same day for an oil change. Rene informed me it would be one hour, and exactly an hour later my vehicle was ready. Great customer service at a great price. We will definitely be back.

Let me start with Wow. From the stunning lobby to the great customer service I dont know where to start. So many to thank from our sales rep Tim Flud, the finance manager Tom Mollring, The most wonderful lady you will ever meet and get to conversate with Mrs, Caryl Huether, and I cannot forget about Emmitt Gunn, this guy, just something about him makes you love him, he has amazing energy. So let me start with they made my family and I feel very welcome and did everything in there power and got us into two new to us beautiful rides. We first seen a Nissan we wanted online browsing and when we was out for lunch one afternoon we decided to see it in person so we came down to Nissan. While looking at the vehicle no one came out at that moment, and I get it, its close to lunch and everyone was probably busy, so we left and just called to talk about it first. Who ever we left message with on the phone got the message to Tim and within the same hour he was calling us back with all the info we was needing, told him we will make it down by the end of the day. When we get there timing must have been perfect cause Tim was outside and awaiting our arrival with an inviting welcome and went and got keys to get us a test drive. Well we fell in love with it was gonna be a perfect fit for what we needed. Well the banks didnt agree we needed it. So we felt defeated. Told Tim when we left let us know if he finds anything that will work. Well Wow he did. He went above and beyond, kept in contact and within a day he found something for my wife and had us come back down there for another look. Well he picked out a 2019 Armada and made sure it fit within what we was asking for, like how many seats, price and financing that fit within what we could afford, and well he hit the nail on the head with it and the wife was happy. Well Tim didnt stop there i asked him about a truck I liked and he got me into a 2018 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve and I couldnt be more happier. Tim went above and beyond the call of duty on getting us our new rides. Gave us one of the best experience during what can be a hard thing to do. My car whines in lower gears and they said it wasnt an issue but it hasnt always done that. To top it off they didnt put a pin back on the oil filter cover and it is now messing with the right tire when steering.Revised: Matt contacted me about this issue and got my car in right away and got the plug back into it! Really great customer service on getting issues resolved!!
