Came in for an oil change. Really fast, friendly, and by far the cheapest place around. My car was done in about 20 minutes and for a great price. No complaints here!

Well I got some new tires that I like but I shopped for an hour and waited for another hour... unfortunately I was in a rush so didnt quite work out like I wanted

Fair price friendly mechanic

Slow as can be. The technicians is the shop spend more time talking than working. 2 of the four technicians couldnt not be bothered to wear their mask correctly or at all.Simple tire patch was all that was needed on one tire and its been almost an hour and half wait.

If you need a cheap oil change or tire service nobody can beat walmart you may have to wait longer than other places however so if your time is really important to you and youre impatient then go elsewhere otherwise not a bad choice.

Needed an emergency tire repair and was led to believe the auto service center was open until 7pm. It was closed when I arrived at 6:15pm

I was with a friend of mine and he got his oil changed. They refused to replace the air filter and we found out they didnt even change the oil filter like the bill said. If you need an oil change, I would not recommend doing it at Walmart. Laziest service techs I have ever dealt with.

Had the tires I needed in stock

Called the tire center they told us they had three of the tires we needed but if they wanted a fourth it would have to be ordered I went down got there nobody could find a person to talk to me on the phone the people there after about 30 minutes Finally found the person that supposedly talk to me on the phone told me he never said anything about those tires in stock we had called the store manager to come help us he never showed up the line was extremely long one person working in the shop spent most of his time talking instead of working still got no help for the manager this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life and I work in the auto industry I would never go to Walmart to buy a tire again

Everyone (Kayla, Jay, Mike, Sara, and Cody) were all so extremely helpful. We called ahead, letting Kayla know wed be a little later. We came in at 640PM and they closed at 7PM, and they were so busy, but all remained very helpful and kind. This is the best experience I, and my grandparents, have had at any Walmart. Thanks to them, they made our unforunate mishap of a blown tire turn into a great customer service experience. (They stayed until 950 to finish our car)

I always get my oil changed here. Prices are descent and well worth it. Sometimes it takes a while if theyre busy or shorthanded but thats to be expected.

Most of the time the staff are helpful and willing to accommodate the customer within reason

Went it almost two hours before close to get 2 new tires. They were rude and quickly told me they are not taking anymore customers. Ended up going to Sams club. That was a mistake as well.

Most helpful employees. Did a great job & and very helpful in getting a good price for me on a set of tires. I ve done a lot of business with Walmart’s over the years & at times you need to be patient because most of the time they are very busy & somtimes they are short on staff. I ve found over the years that if a place of business is not very busy there’s a pretty good reason for it

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Traveling through Montana we ruined a tire on a massive pothole in Bozeman. Not a single Walmart Tire Center between Bozeman to Billings, MT would repair our tire. Simple dismount and mount. Each store I called declined to offer service. This would be a 10 minute task to help a traveler and send them on their way. But repeated phone calls to multiple stores and we were turned down each time.

Best place to get my tires for small truck.

Think they know more about your car then you do

Been there a couple of times always have an excuse not to help you there favorite is we have 2 or 3 cars ahead of you and I wont be able to get to you... and management has been cracking down on overtime so we have to leave early...

Little over priced, and limited stock for what I needed. The lead mechanic had a piss poor attitude, and the employees were incompetent and gave me a wrong time frame so I was there longer then I needed to be or what they told me.

As a former employee I can state that non of the techs know hardly anything about vehicles

I called right when they opened to make an appointment and the guy took my name and number and abruptly hung up. They never called me back.
