Anytime I have went into the store had good customer services. But called in today and the salesman was very condescending. Treating me like a jack. Then did not give me the information I wanted and said it’s better if you just come in.

I had bought some vinyl decals off a internet site and didn’t know that they were less than ideal. Jake was really cool with explaining what the difference was to me and when he tried to put them on my vehicle they fell apart. Instead of sending me out the door he asked me to come back the next day and he would be better able to take care of my vehicle. Due to life I ended up having to reschedule for 2-08-2021 and Jason was there and installed the decals from Auto Trim Design. Oh yeah they can do everything. So not only did they replace my decals with much better quality material they really took care of me on the price. I can’t say too much that is between them and I. But they were great every step of the process. So much love and all respect from me to Jake Jason and Jen!!!! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else and I never have. They are the best don’t be fooled by the other ones bravado. Bring your vehicle to Auto Trim Design and you’ll see what I see. Thanks y’all so much

We purchased an older model Mustang GT that had been sitting in a car lot for at least two years and was in dire need of detailing, new racing stripes and side decals. First we took it and our other Mustang to CarNu Detailing to have them detailed. They did a fantastic job and both vehicles looked immaculate. We then took the GT to Auto Trim Design to have the racing stripes and side decals replaced. Not only did Auto Trim Design perfectly replace the stripes and side decals, they performed additional work by putting a strip on the hood to correct a factory imperfection. Overall, the staff were great to work with, very professional, and performed great work. We highly recommend them and will definitely return for any future needs.

They do awesome work. They have been very friendly and helpful when I have been in. Their graphic shop is top notch! Their detail side did a awesome job on my wifes car.

These guys are the laziest most unmotivated service people I have had to deal with in a long time. They have me nothing but excuses for more than 2 months on why they can’t get parts. So, I finally called the manufacturer ONE time ordered the parts and got them in seven days. Ironically, there was another gentleman in there with the same problem the first day I came in.I literally mentioned this to 4 other friends who also had the same problem with Auto Trim Design. If you want lazy unmotivated service this is an excellent place

Love these guys. They have made decals and stickers for my store and my vehicles for several years now.

For the graphics side I would like to give zero stars but cant. I wanted some simple pinstripe type graphics for my pickup. It took nearly 3 weeks to get it done but only after I stopped once a week asking about progress.The day finally arrived to get the stripes put on, first attempt was a fail, put on in wrong spot, second attempt also a fail, they did not design to my specs. At this point I gave up and took it as is.Then, they wanted to charge me more than I was quoted.I will not be back for graphics nor will I recommend them to anyone else

I had my car detailed here about a week ago and they did a fantastic job. The staff was very friendly, and they did a thorough job. I am very impressed, and would certainly recommend.

Great service, friendly staff, and they have lots of parts in stock so you dont have to wait to get them on your vehicle! The graphics department also does a excellent job on any project big or small! Ive had them do everything from small stickers to full vehicle wraps and Im always happy with the finished product.

Not happy!! Took our sled in, in March. Said they could wrap it. There first attempt was horrible, they said they would try again. Gave us 200 back. We stopped in today to check on it...cause we never got a single phone call back...we checked in a few times..they always said we will call u when we are done...nothing...so when we stopped in today, they said they couldnt do it! Today is july 10 2018!!! Only good thing about this is we got our full amount back!!!

Would give it no stars if I could. They put the wrong running boards on based on what they thought was right, without calling me about it. Main guy/manager should take a few public interaction classes.

Do really good work but boy are they rude. I would take Northland any day over this place. Even with that fancy new building.

Had a great experience with ADT had me in in out fast no complaints and recommend to all

ATD put nerf bars on instead of side step running boards, which I ordered. Todd, ATD mgr, said that was the only wheel to wheel side step they sold. Had to argue with Todd to return them and get $s refunded. ATD mgr has very poor customer service personality. I wont deal with ATD again. Northland had what I wanted, were friendly, polite and prompt.

Nice facilities but shotty detail jobs

I would not return. It took over a week to do a small job that should have taken 2 days. The communication was very lacking. And i feel the end results were dissappointing.
