Called because the passenger door locks stopped working on my 2020 F350. Talked to Robert who got me an appointment within a couple of days. After the diagnosis the part that was needed was on national back-order. He went above and beyond and found the part in Denver and had it overnighted to Billings. The truck was ready the next day. Excellent service and I will drive the 45 miles to have my vehicles serviced at Archie Cochran Ford.

We bought our 2015 F-250 Powerstroke from Archie Cochrane Ford this past weekend. We feel we lucked out with our salesman, Mike Eaton. He and the rest of the staff were so friendly. We never felt pressured and they all have a great sense of humor. Buying a vehicle isnt usually the most fun thing to do, but they made our experience wonderful! Mike also took the time to go through everything on the truck with us to make sure we knew everything about the pickup. We have never had a salesman spend time with us like that. We highly recommend Archie Cochran Ford, if you are looking to buy a vehicle, used or new! (This is strictly our opinion)
