Ive been going to A-1 Johnsons for 26 years and they have been consistently kind, courteous, and helpful for that entire time. If you need help keeping your vehicle running with affordable used parts, they are among the best Ive dealt with anywhere in the country. And most of the folks working there have been there since my first visit. That kind of retention is no accident.

The guy who helped me load a transfer case did a great job. Lowered it into the back of an suv on a forklift and didnt touch the vehicle anywhere. Probably should have used a pickup but thats all I had.. Would return again.

Spencer and Gene are always helpful. Johnsons usually has what I need and they have a well stocked inventory of late model vehicles as well as a lot of older vehicles.

Called 1st to see if they had a vehicle make I was looking for and they said to drive all the way out. I get there and Im greeted by a guy with the personality of a CAR TIRE. Rude and then proceeds to tell me nope! Aint got none Thanks for the waste of time A-1.

Whoever answered the phone was an absolute jerk, who belittled me for asking a simple question about wheels. Extremely unprofessional.

DIY type of place. I was looking for parts to an older truck and found many trucks, cars and SUVs that are salvaged and ready to find parts from. Best damn deal around town.

At first I thought they were great, they had the alternator I needed and at a good price. Unfortunately that alternator didn’t even last a whole four months of me just driving back and forth to work. They refused to do anything to work with me on it and were pretty rude, almost acted like it was my fault for asking. I get that these are used parts, but when I buy a product I expect it to last me more than a few months! Especially a part like an alternator which isn’t getting a whole lot of wear and tear. I’ll get my parts from somewhere who will actually guarantee they work from now on.

Worst place ever horrible customer service. If you don’t like your job find a new one

The selection is AMAZING but the guy behind the counter was very rude. He had a very bad attitude and acted like I was not welcome. I am a customer, a first time customer at that. I dont expect to go back to that place. Its too bad because they really have ALOT of cars and trucks to pick from. Its a junk yard, I get it. But at least hire someone that can put on a smile and be polite to the customers.

Awesome layout, I ALWAYS LOVE going!! I need to go now (but even if I just got back from going I would still want/need to go back)! Fair, straight-up people, pricing, & service that dont judge you whether your male or female jumping out of a truck or getting out of an import.

Nice place lots of old iron there with a big selection of new stuff

Not open on the weekends, makes it impossible for the typical DIY guy with an 8-5 job to go get things they need.
