Such a great way to start the day right with your favorite freshly made shaken drink! The employees are hardworking, clean and just wonderful. I’ve been to other locations where they don’t rinse the top of the shaker and your drink ends up having all these other flavors. Never had that problem here because they do things right.

Great coffee great people that work there and a great atmosphere. Im a Dunkin Donuts man myself but I would highly recommend Starbucks to somebody whos into something rather than just regular coffee or iced coffee

This is my fav local (Billerica/Wilmington) Starbucks because of the crew & consistency. I usually drive 1 town over to go to the drive-thru, and Billerica is always the best. I hope they can get their staffing stuff figured out cuz I miss the later hours!

THE worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Just got my “coffee” that I was charge $5.75 for. It had ZERO coffee in it. Only milk, dolce sweetener (should have 2 pumps had 6 or 8 pumps). All I can taste is milk and sugar. I want to throw up. How do you make that mistake. Gross. Never coming back.

Too crowded during pandemic! I waited 10 minutes inside store for a hot coffee order that I already placed online 10 minutes ago. It should not take 20 minutes to get a coffee in a starbucks. Staff is actually very friendly. But they should have more employees. Moreover, they should turn the volume down. This is a coffee shop, not a nightclub. Customers cannot hear their names being called for pickup.

Ordered my drink on mobile app this morning around 5:50am and when I got there the place was close. They randomly close without notice, why the mobile app show that it take order but nobody was working. Lucky I used the reward points, but if I were to order with the money, I probably wont get my refund due to the fact I get out of work 5pm.

Delicious as usual. I think what makes Starbucks so successful is the competency of their employees and the ability to produce the same delicious beverages over and over. Yes they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

My daily coffee place. Know most people by their first name. Frequently busy until after 6pm. Awkward seating, but better since they setup a huge communal table. Electrical outlets available, but awkward placement (meaning you have to be right next to an outlet or else someone could trip on your power cable). Two bathrooms, so you dont have to wait for the bathroom ( I think thats a plus 😂).

This location used to be my favorite in the area. Now theyre changing their hours at random with no notice, they have been closed for days at a time MULTIPLE times with no warning to customers. They open late, close early, or just dont open at all. The drive thru is at least a 20 minute wait when they do decide to open, and my drink is only good if specific people are working. The majority of the staff is friendly and Im sure theyre doing their best but the random closures are getting ridiculous.

The lines were too long and took quite a long time (35 minute wait in the car) . The quality of the coffee was what you normally expect at Starbucks, always great.

Longest I have ever had to wait and rude service after asking for update 20+ minutes for ONE coffee. Came inside after waiting 10 minutes in the drive through.

As reviewers below have mentioned, this is quite the mediocre starbucks. They close sporadically for no reason, and when they’re open they stop mobile orders?? Not sure who’s running this place, but your half hour drive thru lines and lack of to-go orders are killing your business.

It’s summer but guess what, they close at 6 pm. Unbelievable! They don’t seem too keen to do business. When they are actually open they often mess up orders.

Social distancing issues for the in store pickup as customers could not hear their names being called. I mentioned this to one employee and,then the manager as the background music made it impossible to hear names being called through their facemasks. My order was sitting there for 5 minutes before they asked me again what I had ordered. So now I have a melted drink and cold sandwich that I paid over $10 for. Not to mention that a health compromised individual such as myself should not have been in that scenario. You all need to step up and,make this right.

Recently, this store keeps randomly closing at random times. Not sure whats going on but its been very annoying pulling up to the starbucks here and having it close earlier than it is supposed to.

Arrived at 5:03 on sunday to find drive thru is closed. walked up to store door and everyone inside is shaking their head.hours on Google says its open until 6:00pm, as updated 4 days ago by business owner.well, FYI its def closed by 5:00pm on a Saturday.

Take out a bank loan for to strong a coffee. Dont ask for whipped cream because it will be half the cup. The only thing good are the people who work there!

Store is very slow.I use the mobile app and place my order on average 12-15 minutes prior to my arrival and I still wait about 5 minutes for my order.I have tried ordering 20 minutes ahead only to get my coffee and it is cold from sitting there. Corporate needs to step in and improve their efficiency

Mobile ordering is ruining Starbucks. They could save themselves if they start to think outside the box. I ordered an iced coffee, ice and coffee, but I stand there and watch 4 people do almost nothing and 2 people prepare all these stupid specialty drinks in order. 10 mobile orders sitting there later.....I ordered Ice and coffee......

Can’t post picture, but got to about 25% of coffee left when I got a mouthful of grinds. Poured out rest of coffee and it looked like the dumped a whole coffee filter into my cup! Guess this is the place to go if you want a coffee with “everything in it”!

This Starbucks alternates between good, and heavily in the weeds. Ive seen some great cooperation from the staff here working in complete harmony to do multiple orders at once while having fun. But Ive also seen other shifts bumping into each other, not talking, doing one order at a time a day missing food and drink orders, or having food sitting on the back counter for 5-15 mins before anyone notices there are people waiting for it.

This location is great! Drinks always taste amazing. They are fast and sufficient. Don is absolutely phenomenal. He always remembers our food allergies. I rarely come to Billerica but today I needed something to drink on my way back home. The staff was attentive and courteous even though there was a noticeable rush from the drive-thru and mobile orders. Overall, there should be more staff but the service and the drink made my experience better.

Only Starbucks that makes you wait for food that is already cooked sitting there. They took my order for only petit vanilla scones and then told me I was all set to wait. While the cashier sat there doing nothing for 5 minutes. I had to wait until every breakfast sandwich ordered ahead of me was made. This isnt the first time Ive had to wait 5-10 minutes after ordering for something sitting right next to them ready to be thrown in a bag. Last time was even worse! I cant imagine going into Dunkins and ordering a donut and waiting ten minutes for someone to put it in a bag. Never have this problem in Burlington or Woburn. The cashier there just hands me what I order right away.

The worst Starbucks you could ask for ! I daily drink Starbucks all around Chelmsford - Burlington area. I have to order ahead 20 Mins at this location before I get there which is just 7 mins from my house. Service is slow and unfriendly. Refuse to give away reusable cup when they had it on Promotion day and Manager said no to my husband when he asked the question. I wont go there if I have other options. Poor Billerica. They should have changed Store Manager or be trained to have a better attitude.

This has become my favorite local Starbucks because they always seem to be well staffed, efficient, timely and clean. I find all of those items are hard to find lately. While they are not perfect, they are spot on with my order and getting it ready on time too.

Worst cup of coffee I ever had. So bad I could not even drink it. I will never go there again. Honestly it was so bad they had to have done something to it. They should be a way they regulate who makes the coffee. So bad

Very friendly staff members here, and the drinks are great, as always. I only dropped a star because they now close at 8pm rather than 9pm. Bummer! This is the closest local coffee shop that is open in the evening, so the shorter hours are are a loss.

Wait time is ridiculous and they almost always forget your order or make your drink wrong. Very disappointing service.

I usually never write reviews, but I just want to be able to warm people about my experience. If you go to this certain Starbucks, don’t go through the drive thru. I’ve came every Sunday morning via drive thru for the past 6 weeks and every single time they’ve messed up my order. I understand that people make mistakes so i’ve never held a grudge against them but it’s not nice when you constantly don’t pay attention to the needs of your customers. I love Starbucks but not this dive through.

Starbucks sucks. Im sorry but Ive been around a long time and I have had every kind of coffee from instant to store brand to coffee that isnt even made anymore but I have never had anything that tasted as nasty as Starbucks coffee. I honestly think people go there because of the publicity factor & the whole Hoolywood thing because their coffee absolutely tastes horrible. Starbucks is kind of like iPhones, very expensive & basically useless but people just want to walk around with the status quo lookin like theyre rich. Dunkins has the best tasting coffee ever and nobody will ever change my mind on that and if Starbucks was the last coffee on Earth Id give up drinking coffee!

Ive been here at pretty much every part of the day and would highly recommend avoiding the morning rush if possible. Wifi works great though so you can catch up on everything while waiting in line.

Look, Im from Ohio and people up here are just a whole different breed from what Im used to. I say that with the utmost affection for New Englanders.. but I feel like Massachusetts plucked all of the friendly people out, slapped green aprons on them, and taught them how to make coffee. I used to joke (all jokes have a hint of truth) my only friends were in the drive-thru line at Starbucks. *whoop whomp* If I was feeling down and out of place bc my Southern-fried, smiling at strangers self doesnt deal well with the tightly wound, closed off Bostonian type.. all I needed to do was make a trip to my local bucks and soak on the sunshine of those wonderful, smiling baristas.

Ordered an Iced Espresso Doppio (Double shot), however received something totally different. I asked the employee to re-make it and repeated made the same mistake.My coffee was dripping and was not made probably at all! I am super disappointed!!!

SOOO excited. You expect bad coffee and mistakes at Dunkins but if youre going to charge me this much for coffee, you should be providing a quality check on your work. Thanks for nothing.
