There is a really knowledgeable team at this location. Nice big, airy store with lots of on site accessories and phones to choose from. Joe has a lot of experience and did a great job upgrading our lines to the newest phones. He evaluated our plan and saved me money monthly while improving the features including.

Joe at Verizon in Billerica MA was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us lots of information and tips about our new phone, and he made sure everything was set up just right. We will be happy to recommend Joe and his store to others. Thanks very much!

Unprofessional & unkind. On 24May2021 at about noon I entered the Verizon store located in the Towne Shopping Plaza and was greeted with an employee without a mask. I asked Do folks need to wear a mask here, still? and Dominics response was No. I let him know that I would be leaving mine on per MAs mask mandate which is still in effect. This lack of care for customer safety should have been enough to make me turn around. Whats more a woman who is a senior waited behind me with a check and I insisted she be helped first because I knew my appointment would take longer. She explained that she was told to bring in a check for her monthly bill and that she could bring it to a store. He cut her short, insisted she was mistaken, and offered no additional support (Im so sorry you were told that, let me see how I can help, etc.) Dominic returned to help me and instead of asking me if I had questions or concerns he dove into describing 3G, unprompted, and why I needed to get a new phone. I asked for my phone back and ended my shopping experience. I will certainly not be shopping at this Verizon store, again due to their lack of customer service.

Elisa was AMAZING! I usually dread having to go into this store (for sheer lack of knowledge of the whole phone/technology world) but she made my experience very enjoyable. She was extremely helpful, explained everything and left no room for confusion. She was very pleasant and patient the whole time she was working with me. If I ever need to go back to one of these stores I will probably go out of my way to come back and see her. Thank you for everything Elisa!!

Place is a total scam. Swapped out phone with older model and charged full price. Refused to refund. Cannot get management and when you do they tell you there is nothing they can do as it is over 14 days.

I am not a very phone or tech savvy individual, so when my phone broke and I needed help with options and pricing and such Im really lucky I had Elisa to help me. She was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The transaction was quick, easy, and I left with exactly what I needed.

Aidan was super helpful, not only did he help me pick out a new screen protector, but he showed me a few things about my phone that I was unaware off. I had thought I had chipped my screen, but there was actually a cover applied to the glass so when he peaked that back, I was elated to see that my screen was untouched. He also got me set up for a new discount and he told me about wireless charging where I could turn my phone upside down and charge someone elses phone if they were low! Very helpful.

Elisa Beltran was a very knowledgeable and patient employee. She stayed extra late beyond her regular dismissal time to assist me with my new phone. I have been in several times before and I am beyond impressed with her ability for customer service, patience, and dedication to Verizon.

I had an excellent experience with Elisa Beltran! She helped my on my visits to the Verizon store on 3 occasions. The last time I came in to pick up my phone, she stayed beyond the end of her shift to assist me. She is knowledgable, patient, and has excellent customer service skills!

Be careful they scammed me into a pixle3 phone that came out in 2018 and charged me $900 for the phone big rip off

I had been trying to have my Verizon Wireless account reactivated, with decidedly limited success, for two days. Telephone calls alone were not going to cut it. Twenty minutes in-person at IM Wireless solved what literally hours of 800 and 866 calls were unable to accomplish. Dominics competence, politeness, and professionalism saved the day. Would recommend unequivocally.

Brandon had so much patience as he remained calm and collected through the whole process. He did not have that attitude where most salesmen just rush through the transaction and get you out of the store. He treated me with respect and it was clear he was genuinely trying to help me, and not just get money out of me. If you live in the area, and you need a Verizon Store, this new location is definitely the place to go to.

Noel was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took his time explaining everything to us. Were not real tech savvy but he was very patient and never complained no matter how many questions we asked. Not only did he set up our devices but he paired them with a remote speaker and my bluetooth in my car. He also installed the Hum and explained that application to me. Since our initial visit, we have returned twice with questions and in every case he was once again very polite and answered all our questions. I was so pleased with his willingness to assist me...which was so different from help at the Apple Store where they basically let you know that they are “too busy” to work with you unless you know how to use the phone!Brendon made the experience so easy and never made me feel like I was bothering him.While I was making my purchase, I could over here the store manager who was helping an elderly client who was struggling with his phone, and had billing issues; he spent at least an hour with the gentleman, and ultimately advised him to contact Veterans Services in town to help him ascertain his Social Security information that he was searching for. He explained that “his son doesn’t talk to him”, and the store manager went above and beyond to assist him.All in all, both men went above and beyond to kindly help all customers who came into the store while I was there.
