Starting to get cosplay fabrics that are more interesting but Westford your next best bet.Friendly service, even friendlier crafters and artists willing to exchange stories of what they make, why and if you cant find something ask either of these. Often people love to offer help. You should be hard pressed to be stumped. Go with the app and or coupons. Theres sale days too. And... Now they have programs where if your a reg. Like me, buying small things but on the reg. as every order changes, I cant buy EVERY type of trim and this and that to have on the ready (tho I want the trims!)💖😜but it would be something like spend $30 in a 2 month period get $10 or $5 back. And the more you spend the more back. This is sent to you as more of a fun incentive.Here, you can see a bit of what I make. Thanks:

The lack of music in the store just creeps me out. Its so silent and Ive been coming for years. Get some type of music speaking from someone who works in retail. Also their yarn is always the same. Switch it up. The people are ALWAYS friendly though.

I do a lot of sewing and crafts. I always find something good here. They have good sales and bargain bins to keep me busy. The store is well organized, if a little understaffed. It used to be hard to find someone to cut cloth, but with a recent re organization, its much easier. It is hard to find fabric for home sewing these days at all, unless you go to Boston or New York and know the bargain stores ( I do) but when I need fabric or supplies locally, this is a great place to find it.

The staff is really great at this location. All the locations seem to have great staff, but I have found the Billerica team is especially good. The cuts are all perfect, with very few exceptions.The store is definitely smaller than the others on this area (Burlington or Saugus), but still a really great selection.

Called ahead to get a set of hands for a clock. Was told they had them. Arrived at store about 10 minutes later. The young man who waited on me didnt seem to know what I wanted. He took me to the DIY kit aisle. I again explained I didnt want a kit. I wanted to repair the hands on a clock that got damaged. He said the company has the product but not at this location and to go to a larger branch like Burlinton.I was pretty annoyed that the woman on the phone didnt know what she was talking about, and the man at the store didnt seem very interested in helping me.

This one is a bit small, so still there are less options but the staff is super helpful and friendly. What they dont have they can tell you how to find or help you order.

Was disappointed to NOT be able to use my framing coupon. The Joann Fabrics in Billerica does NOT offer framing. It would have been helpful to know this before carrying a framed piece of art work while handicapped pushing a walker. Then I waited in a long line to find out they do not do framing. hadnt been in this particular store for a while. I prefer the register at the front of the store. . They are now in the middleof the store. They also dont offer classes. On the plus side, I got to use my online coupons of 25°/. Off everything on top of a 55°/. Off one item on top of the great sales on Xmas stuff. Also, the woman at the register was pleasant, patient and helpful, considering I had her make sure everything rang up on sale. Considering I dont sew, I spent $78 after my coupons, saving a lot of money.

The layout makes it easy to find what you need for your project. I like the displays as well since they were geared towards my hobby of finger knitting.

Jo Ann at Billerica MA is an amazing store. The employees are extremely helpful. As a crafter I feel like Im part of a community there.

Not a ton of variety for regular crafting supplies, but half the store is just fabrics, so if thats what you need, its a great spot!

I got some great deals on arts and crafts, but the store had a small selection of autumn crafts. Though, it looks like they have a wide variety of fabrics, if thats what youre looking for.
