This spot is amazing and broad, the meals was yummy and the prices were very inexpensive. rapidly, productive service and very welcoming staff. Will definitely recommend this spot.

My acquaintances and I just walked 30 MINUTES to get to this Dunkin Donuts. We arrived at 7:50 pm. This Dunkin Donuts closes, at EIGHT-O-CLOCK! The employees did NOT let us in! This is UNACCEPTABLE. The employee was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. This is ASTRONOMICAL and I am FLABBERGASTED by this behavior! I am EXCEEDINGLY DISAPPOINTED! And I will NOT tolerate this EXPLICIT behavior!! Thank you for your time. 😡

I wish I can give them 0 stars, very rude people, they want charge me more for an empty cup, I called the manager, to complain, her name is melissa, but she didnt answer my question, and she pretends that she doesnt hear me well, she was covering the rude guy. I will never go there again, I didnt even get my money back.

Extremely unprofessional, rude employees work here with a poor manger. Someone needs to train this crew on the meaning of service with a smile and the fact that the customer is always right. If I choose to spend $8-$10 a day on something I expect it to be made the way I like it; not to be told by the employee not to come back because I complain too much. If they were trained properly they would I understand when I order with an exact number, it should be made right every time. Not an apology from management for the way their employee treats a customer is appalling. Customer service at this location is disgustingly awful.

This shop used to be great! Fast and accurate the past two weeks it has been terrible. This morning by far was the worst. I observed FIVE orders done incorrect including mine own. Today if Zero was an option they would have received just that.

I now understand why this dunkin donuts has consistently shorter lines compared to the other Boston road location. The drinks just tasted wrong. The service was rude. And the people behind the counter talk about you and make comments about your order.Tldr: Just go to another one. Its not like theyre in short supply.

Horrible service. The coffee was discusting, like it was made in a dirty pot filled with burnt coffee. They were out of everything as far as food. The girl behind the counter was more concerned with getting out on time rather than to get my order right. After the third time, and 15 minutes I gave up and left. There is no drive through, so they cant use the excuse it was too busy.

Flights are ok as per process but, please make your service better. Hire some polite people. Evry other person I shaw was Grumpy, rude and kind of resist.

The service was rude to me. She made a wrong coffee and then she blamed it on me. She should listen better before make an order rather. And then she talk with other people behind the counter to make that Im wrong. I will never come back to this one. Really bad service.

3 Reasons not to visit this place:1) Doesnt have a drive thru2) Since you dont have a drive thru you visit the store but doesnt have enough seating.3) Doesnt have a friendly staff. Found em little lazy.

I really wish I didnt have to give a star to leave a review for this place because they deserve negative reviews. They not only mess up my orders but they talk talk talk and gossip and ignore customers. They have forgotten about me numerous amounts of times. Not only that but I just left there with one of the young Spanish girls screaming at me from the drive thru. She shouldnt work with public and customer service. Little does she know I know corporate. DO NOT go here. They spit in your food, Ive heard them talking about it before in a joking way but lets be honest. They are so rude and unprofessional. She kept saying why dont you go to a different Dunkin donuts then?! While hanging and screaming out the drive thru window like a maniac. If I were the owner i would be smart and terminate her before she gets physical...she is a liability. If they are so desperate to have unqualified incompetent workers then they shouldnt even be open. All because yet again they said youre all set and I drive away without some of my order so instead of being sorry all I got was smart remarks, rudeness and aggressive behavior. Worst Dunkin donuts in all of New England. I will be going to the other dunks down the street like she suggested. This establishment wont get another dollar from me.

It says that it opens at 4 AM - such lies! It DOES NOT. All the lights are off and I’m standing outside .
