This is by far the worst hat place I have EVER dealt with. I was the recipient of 2 hat certificates and have had nothing but trouble trying to receive them. With the first hat it took me just over a year to get and the second hat I have still not received after waiting for a year and a half. I have called numerous times and my call has not been answered or returned. I have been completely understanding and kind throughout the whole process, but I believe she knows my number and refuses to answer my calls when she sees my number. One time I tried calling and of course there was no answer so I called from a friends phone and she answered right away and stated that she would call me when the hat was done. So after repeating this process multiple times she eventually called me, said my hat was done, and asked for my card number. I gave it to here and the hat has yet to arrive after a month and a half of waiting. I have tried calling her three additional times to see if it was lost in the mail or if she had not sent it yet and she wont answer or call back. The hat quality is good but definitely dont go to her if you want to see your new hat within the next couple years or possibly ever.
