Great pharmacy & staff; I have been using this pharmacy for my prescription for years & they are always helpful. I got my TDap shot recently & the staff was extremely helpful & resourceful. I was there all of 10 minutes (paperwork included). The bad reviews seem to be from people who were impatient.

I’ve used this pharmacy on three occasions and been disappointed in the service from both the desk and the pharmacists every time. This last time was the worst. I am clearly 9 months pregnant (it’s common sense that pregnant people can’t just take any medication unless it’s approved safe for mom and baby). My doctor called in a prescription and instead of calling me or my doctor to inform me that they did not carry what I needed, when I came to pick up, the pharmacist walked me over to the medicine isle and told me to where to find and that I needed to buy the regular On the shelf medication. The pharmacist said it was fine, it was the same thing. I of course called my doctor right away and she informed me I cannot take what the pharmacist told me to buy and had to send In a different prescription. This is not okay and I have never had to question my care in the hands of a pharmacist until now.

The take forever. Do not seem concerned with the patients concerns. And DO NOT CALL IN REFILLS WHEN THEY SAY THEY DO.1

Ive had wonderful experiences at this pharmacy. Prompt professional and friendly service. Even going the extra mile when my physician wrote my prescription incorrectly.

Went to get prescription. Waited in line to be told rx not ready. Would be ready in 20 minutes. Went back stood in line only to be told it was not in stock and would be next day after 2. That night I got a text at 8 pm that it was ready. Someone didnt know what they were talking about

The Walmart pharmacy tech didn’t even know how to pronounce my medication correctly. The pharmacy staff seemed VERY unorganized and unprofessional. It has been 3 weeks and the staff still can’t get the orders right from the doctors regarding one of the medications.

Call to have meds transferred and was told it would take 3 hrs so I showed 4 hrs later and no,meds havent even transferred meds yet if I could give negative stars I would

The worst walmart pharmacy ever, very unreliable, undependable, erratic, and irresponsible pharmacy. I strongly think walmart should shut this pharmacy down. There actions are shameful and brings disrepute to Wal-Mart at large. If is possible I will give them a Zero. I cannot recommend this pharmacy to my enemy. Please avoid the place like a plague.

I would not recommend WM if on any kind of timeframe your not likely to get adequate service in the normal 30-60 mins....even if they say that’s how long the time will be ...I suggest trying a different pharmacy in big spring but no suggestion at this time

Both Pharmacists at the Big Spring location have always treated me with kindness, dignity and understanding from my very first time filling with them & it was an emotional day because of how ugly I had been talked to by another pharmacist in town and how embarrassed & most of all disrespected I was made to feel in front of every employee and customers also! And that wasn’t the first time I was subjected to such rude and unprofessional behavior simply because of they type of medication I take..... So as you could imagine I was nervous, anxious & honestly a little embarrassed to go into any pharmacy after that! But surprisingly I was treated like a human being and reassured that any version of that type of treatment to their patients/customers was unacceptable!!!! The pharmacists, Techs and any other employee I have dealt with have never once looked at me differently or placed judgement of any kind on me for my meds or my crazy/loud personality lol:) They all know me by first name and take care of me no matter what the issue is! I actually don’t dread getting my prescriptions filled like I did at that other place! Great, consistent customer service is rare these days but Walmart Pharmacy has it definitely;) Keep up the good work guys! -Sincerely your favorite customer ever..... Meagan S. Laird:)

My insurance says to do a 90 day supply they give me a 30 day supply. Call them to ask about it and it takes 30 rings before they answer and they know nothing. Walmart. You suck

Second month in a row they have “lost” my daughters prescription. The doctors nurse has called it in and they “have no record of it”

Abysmal pharmacy. Hours to just pick up a prescription. Go anywhere else.

Slow--messed up order--- poor stocking of usual items in a walmart.

Theyve worked hard and helped me a lot. Usually do not get that kind of service at a major chain.
