Very short redhead girl, cashed $100 scratch ticket, didnt count back cash, when I did, she hadshorted me $10.00 in change... said I couldnt prove it..WATCH YOUR $$$

Always have the items I am looking for, I’m able to get in and out quickly and the customer service is pretty great. Recently watched the remodel and I think it looks wonderful. Love the new “Horseshoe” signage with all the colors and horseshoe.

What store dont take the coupons, for tobacco snuff, neighbors does not, and the old white hair lady, very rude, very poor customer service, seen her smoke a cigarette, then go back inside, and touch the food, thats disgusting, they should be reported..

Rude employees! Cant even ask a question without a sarcastic answer . Bad customer service!

Not my experience but my husband... Last night after years of being loyal customers, he has even applied there a year ago trying not to have to go into his profession he went to school for LOL!!! He purchased 3 packs of cigarettes, x2 5$ lottery tickets & tried to buy for the lotto at 9:40 PM when its down time!!!! Not telling him its too late theyre making the sale yet didnt give him the tickets!!! He gets to the truck & noticed this & went back to say hey I only got 3 packs of cigarettes & two 5$ scratch offs but gave you a 100$ bill & got less than 60$ cash back!!!Girl tells him theres nothing she can do come back in the morning when the manager is here...He goes back after work... No manager so he comes home...I called & thought we can call every 10 minutes until the manager shows up!!! Im told the manager will not be here today so I gave a brief rundown and asked he was told to come in when they knew there wouldnt be anyone there?!? I need a number for the regional manager then and she was quick to point out there isnt one just an owner.... Well hes to review cameras & get back, & told him whatever, if they need to keep that extra ten dollars for the liars thats fine... He didnt want to interview my husband last year thats now coming up on a year being with his company!! Couldve had an honest, knows how to deal with high stress situations but instead had a LIAR and a THIEF working behind the register!!!!As Ive told my husband I understand the 3 packs for 20$ seems like a deal... Just fork up the rest & go to Walmart & get a carton!!! Dont go to this place!!!! They water down their gas & now evidently they keep your change acting like its too hard to break a 100$ bill keeping or taking what they want from it!!!

They need a fire that old lady that makes the food shes not very polite shes not helpful shes a bit I hope yall go out of business worst service ever had and she doesnt wear gloves when shes messing with the food nasty
