My first ever and last experience with this place was an unsavory one at best . On July 2nd of 2021 I had called a worker asking if they were going to be having the Air Jordan 4 White Oreo in store and I was told over the phone that they had in fact already had them in store and that the following day being release day for those shoes it would be first come first serve . The next morning I made the trip from sweetwater to bigspring and waited for my spot to get a pair . 3 1/2 hours later a worker comes out and asked if I had won a raffle, I say no but inform him of what the lady on the phone said to me which then prompts the “manager” to come out and his only excuse as to why the lady over the phone gave me that information was because “she is a new hire” if you were to have trained your staff better maybe I could’ve saved myself a wasted trip and time out of my day .

My husband won a raffle for a pair of Jordans. The email CLEARLY states that a pair will be held until 12pm. He arrived at 11am and was told that there were no more available. The woman he spoke with told him that shes sorry, grabbed her personal phone and walked out the store. Didnt excuse herself or anything, just walked out. Her and the other male employee COMPLETELY disregarded what the email said and gave my husband a shoulder shrug. The people who work in this store are sketchy, untrustworthy, have poor customer service and shouldnt be working in the customer service industry. If I could leave a NO star rating I wouldve.

High prices for out of date stock..... But 1 out of the 3 sales associates was awesome! Dude is tall as heck....

This is a quality location. Great assortment of men, women, and children apparel along with the usual miscellaneous sports great offered by Hibbett. They also have a pretty good selection of shoes.

Prices were outrageous, I had more assistance from a customer than I did from an employee. That was my first experience at that store, and I wont be going back. I wasnt impressed at all.

Like hibbets but in small town everyone wears same things

Its the best athletic, drip, and dope clothing brand store in big spring, the only problem is, Ive been going here almost about a week or 2 now, and have not been offered any type of discount, pretty upset with this because, hibbett being the best yet VERY expensive on clothing and shoes, you have to do quite some ignorant stuff to get a discount, why cant they just give some coupons and discounts to regular customers, ESPECIALLY ... with the bizarre prices !

You can find good sporting things.

Been here about 30 min with little to no help. When asked about a shoes size took 5 to 10 min to come back just to find out they dont have the size Im looking for. When asked about another shoe the guy just walked off and took another 10.
