Took over 2 months to get back. All for a fuel line and front quarter panel. And I still had to take it incomplete as our other vehicles air compressor went out and we need at least one running vehicle. Took a hit to my vehicles total value for incomplete work done unless I get someone else to finish it but I had no other option.Edit: they let me reschedule a day to come in and complete their work. They finished the final part today sameday which really makes up for the length of time my vehicle took. All in all theyre courteous and friendly and the work done is high quality. Just plan on needing a rental or another vehicle for 1/4th of the year lol. I took my vehicle in on July 4th weekend and its complete today September 4th. 3 months. For minimal blowout damage and a fuel line. Like I said good quality. Just dont bring your daily driver if its the only vehicle you have. This is more of a leisure vehicle shop where you can comfortably leave your vehicle in storage for a quarter of the year and not worry about daily errands or going to work.

Horrible workmanship here. Left bolts out of fender Wells. Had both bedsides painted. Had more scratches in it than when I took it. The tried to give me the truck without telling me about the scratches. They buffed one spot almost through the paint. If I could give them no stars I would.

Whatever you do DO. NOT. take your vehicle here. Took my truck in from a hit and run. Needed body work, and was shaking. They said “oh we will take care of you, when this truck leaves here it’ll be showroom ready” LIES. LIES. LIES. This shop is out to screw over you and everyone else involved. The customer service here is the worse they are so rude and no communication skills between each other. I had a different story every day on why my truck was not ready. A month later they finally got my truck out of the shop to find they only fixed the body work, the truck still shakes, lights on the dash are still on. I’m not going to lie the body work they did was amazing but the truck was still not fixed to drive. They billed my insurance for a back glass that was never put in or needed, didn’t put in headlights because “they couldn’t find any” but manage to bill the insurance company. $12,000 worth of work and only thing that was fixed was the doors from being side swipe. Drive anywhere else to take your vehicle!!!

They did a good job of fixing my car. I had really bad hail damage so they had to replace most of the panels.

Nice place the lady at the desk is nice as well as the owner. I went to pick up some things from my vehicle that is being repaired there and ended up staying for an hour. I dont know much about the prices as mine is an insurance job, but the owner made sure I am getting OEM GM official replacement parts. The insurance company was trying to pay for after market parts. You can tell they take pride in that place as it is almost as nice as a hotel lobby when u walk in.

Truck was repaired great and finished on time I will not take my vehicles anywhere else

My 10 year old could do a better job than these jokers. And thats before you take into consideration the horrible wait times, pitiful customer service, and the owner, who only cares about his profits. Do yourself a favor and go to Big Spring Collision if you dont want to leave town.

Went to go get an estimate from them the other day and felt very pushed do business with them, by the owner. Then I get a call today saying I missed dropping my vehicle off yesterday, I didnt even speak to him about setting up anything with them. Very unprofessional.

Everytime I went back to get my vehicle they kept pushing back the date with a different excuse about why my car isnt ready and they dont communicate with the customer. I waited 5 hours for a phone call only to go up there myself and for them to tell me an excuse and say they forgot to call me to let me know

Sad excuse for a body shop. Didnt fix the problem, left the truck apart and no bolts to put it back together. Extra dents. Can order everything off Amazon for less than a grand to fix it ourselves.

Friendly people and they do great work.

Was told multiple times it would be done on different days and was always pushed back. We were also lied to about when they actually started working on our vehicle. We actually ended up taking my truck incomplete due to their incompetencey. Go at your own risk.

This is a sad excuse for a body shop not only are the people route the business sucks they quote you a week and make you wait over a month to get your vehicle back it’s ridiculous I highly recommend you go somewhere else
