I would not have known what to do if it had not been for him taking the time to help me.Also I want to commend Jennifer for keeping me abreast of what was wrong with the car and keeping me informed as to what was being done. Calm and low pressure. They didnt call me over and over like other dealerships who only chase me away. I requested they didnt hastle me and they didnt. Other people have told me the same thing about Pollard.
Called Chevy due to a problem with my vehicle. Spoke to April.. a very knowledgeable, and helpful young lady who answered all my questions and now got my guys mad at her because she advised me in a situation that I hadn’t considered!
Email attached- they do not have insurance on their lot. I’m not sure if they made this claim because they didn’t want their rates to go up, or if once you drop your car off there YOU are now responsible for any damage on their property. Either way this is not how you treat customers. The quote for how much to repair the AC? $4517.02. Pros: very pleasant and friendly when they charged us the diagnostic fee just to pick up our now-broken car.
I bought my car May of 2020. The weekend I got it it broke down and went to the shop for something wrong every other month after for the following 6 months.I recently had it in the shop due to a noise I was hearing under the car. They did repairs and it still has the noise. I had our fleet maintenance mechanic, a mechanic of over 13 years, look at the car and he found several more things wrong including the fact that there still seems to be an issue related to what was supposed to be fixed. So the car will be going back yet again. Oh and there are no loaners so I have to wait for a family member to go on call when they are not using their personal vehicle so that I can even get my car in the shop. The service manager is extremely rude given the fact that Ive had nothing but trouble with this vehicle since I got it and Ive definitely voiced my feelings. Next up will probably be a consultation with a lawyer.

Time wise did a good job. cost good. but they said there was an issue with the differential on my truck and would get with the tech and get me a quote on repairs but havent heard anything as of yet its been a week. follow up has always been the issue.
Worked completely by phone and text with Isaac for a trade in and purchase of a new truck. Process was excellent. Thats how car buying should be done!

Took my car in to get a recall fixed. I also asked that they replace my air flow control module because the knob was malfunctioning. I asked for them to see what that strange noise was coming from my ac and if they could please air up my tires because they are a little low. They claim to have fixed the recall but as it stands now, I’m honestly not sure. They told me that my ac knob wire was fine and that it was malfunctioning because something must have fell in my dash and blocking the knob from turning all the way. That is in fact a lie, as I am from a family of mechanics and have torn into the air flow control module only to find that it is in fact the wire and there is no way something could have fell down there. They told me they would have to keep my car for weeks and that if they found “something” in the dash that fell it would void my warranty and I would have to pay the big bill, they also said that’s what happens when you buy a used car. Jennifer was my service advisor who fed me this BS story. They did not air up the tires and the ac sound was a mystery. But I found where the noise was coming from and it’s such a simple fix. Now tell me how a woman who is an uncertified mechanic can out smart a certified Chevy mechanic. Something doesn’t add up. They tried to rip me off for a lot of money and wouldn’t do their job under warranty
Ok, so we came in with some issues on our Chevy 3500. Jennifer immediately said it needed a new motor that would cost us over $10,000, but would be good for the next 3 years/100,000 miles! Well, we had a warranty that covered it, but when I got the bill that showed what our warranty company paid, it was less than $3000! supposedly our warranty company went with a rebuild, which no one told us anything about. So now we are wondering if they were trying to take an additional $7000 from us! oh, and the technician recommended new spark plugs and wires, ok, we thought, go ahead. So we paid $589. Pick up truck late on a Friday, and Saturday the check engine light comes on, and the RPMs are acting up. We bring back Monday, and now the oil pressure sensor is out and this is going to be $571. Hmm, I guess this is likely? Do the work. THEN Jennifer calls and says, it needs new brakes, rotors and calipers, and its going to be an ADDITIONAL $1600!! WTH! We said, enough, we are coming to get our truck! then they wouldnt let us drive it home, saying we had to hire a wrecker to pick up, because it was unsafe. They said they told us about the bad brakes the 1st time we took it, but we refused to repair! COMPLETE LIE! IF this was true, why would we have been able to drive it from their repair shop! So much for their 7 point inspection! if you need a Chevy dealership, do NOT go here! Wish I would have read the prior reviews, then I would have headed to Lamesa or Midland! lesson learned!!

Service was what seemed to be good at first then was promised update on my vehicle repair. After being told it would be a week to week and a half to fix i called at the end of a week and a half and was told that no parts were available in the United States for another 2 to 3 weeks. I called a couple of other dealers and they said parts were available. So I had my truck towed to another dealer and had it back the next day. They also charged me a couple hundred dollars before i could pick it up for diagnostic charges which I couldnt understand as it was still under warranty.
The young man Isaac M was very nice and understanding, and willing to listen to my needs and wants on a vehicle and not just try and make and push and be unconcerned sale... Great job Mr Isasc. I will be keeping you in my search...The place didnt have what I was looking for at this time.. DG

I wouldnt recommend the service department took my jeep in for warranty work and told them what was wrong and they argued with me and tried to sell me parts I didnt need. I had it in to fix 5 things and they fixed 2 and in the process killed my battery by leaving something on. I bought the jeep there, bought their warranty, and they didnt fix it like they said they would and kept it 2 weeks to only fix 2 things. Picked it up and took it to Star Dodge and got it back in a week with everything fixed and they even had to order parts and still got it out. I will never go back to Pollard Chevrolet again if they cant fix what they sale then they are no good to me.
Manny in the sales department did a great job but the service department is horrible the female service advisor is not qualified to sweep floors much less be involved with people’s vehicles.

This place is amazing! My buddy and I are on the way to Big Bend National Park, about a mile out of big springs the cv boot broke. We came here as soon as they opened the next day. Courtney the service adviser was fast to get us with an amazing technician his name is Billy and after my experience today I would highly recommend him. He had us in and out in under 2 hours and did an awesome job.Thank you guys so much for being so helpful and getting the job done right and fast, so we could continue on our trip!
Excellent customer service, courteous and quick repair for someone far from home. I drove to Big Spring, TX from Michigan and the day I arrived the truck I was driving was making a high pitched sound. I called the dealership near the end of the day and explained that I was visiting and needed to leave in 4 days. I was told they were scheduled out 3 days, but to bring the vehicle in the next morning and they would look at it as soon as they could. I brought it in and was told they should be able to look at it that morning and they would call me by 2. They called around 1 and let me know the issue and that they had the parts. I then received a call a few hours later that they had it done. I was so happy with their service and that could do the repair so quickly!

Very disappointed. $155 to be told to add a fuel additive and they didnt clear the check engine light. They didnt even check the airbag light. Didnt check the noisey exhaust. Didnt check the radiator fans. But $2000 to replace the front struts and brake pads. Pass.

I have never been sooo in love with a Chevy Dealership and enjoyed my experience since I bought my 2019 Traverse and 2018 Silverado. I had a flat tire on 20 and called On Star. Well they got me to the dealership late and they were already closed. Two gentlemen were in the sales area and one of them drove me and my three kids to a hotel near by to stay. The next day we returned and the tire was plugged, but upon driving off I noticed my alignment was majorly off. It was discovered that the tow truck company bent my tire rod getting it here. The service manager went with me to contact the tow company. The driver came back out and he stated to him that he bent my tire rod and I can’t drive it. The company agreed they were at fault and they also agreed to pay to have it replaced. They were locating the part before they agreed because I needed it replaced regardless of who would pay for it. They located the part in Odessa. While I waited for someone to travel to Odessa for the part and repair it several employees offered my family food and drinks. They also gave us a ride to a local restaurant to eat some delicious Mexican food. They insured that we were treated and felt like we were family. Being almost 1,000 miles from home that isn’t something that is common in the world today. The southern hospitality in this dealership is exceptional. I appreciate you all sooooo very much. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for helping me and my family get back on the road safely.

The only reason Pollard Chevrolet didnt get a 5 star rating was because my car was not finished on time. The men that washed my car did not complete the inside my place mats were not put back in Manny did that for me my car was not vacuumed there were crumbs on the floor under 2nd row seating. There was a dirty greasy smug on inside frame in the back seat. Manny Zambrano was great! He took the time to show me everything my car can do he was a huge help! Thank you Manny!
