This is my UPS drop off. They are always very friendly and helpful. The hardware staff are friendly and very helpful also. Nice place to send that package or grab that hardware or building supplies you need.

Bought a nicer set of Speed Queen washer and dryer almost a year ago. They had several to choose from. Very helpful employees. They even delivered and installed both for no extra cost. That’s hard to believe in this day and time. Never had a minutes trouble out of either one. Both do a great job.

Have shopped here many years always get greeted at the door and there is always someone ready to help you.

Forget about finding carbon steel bolts. All they carry is cheap zinc bolts. Their lumber is also outrageous

The staff here is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I needed a very unique paint color and the folks in the paint department spent a lot of time going through color swatches (current and old) untill they found one that worked ( an old one) The formula was no longer listed so they contacted the paint manufacturer and got the formula in order to mix my paint . The match was excellent. These folks went above and beyond for only two gallons of paint.

I was able to have a key made right the first time I highly recommend them if you need a key made they get it right the first time too often before I went somewhere else and had to have the key remade soemtimes more than once.

Staff is not very friendly and there is only a few that ask if you need assistance. Mike Creel is one of the friendliest.

Well aside from dancing around the sales counter trying to buy something but with no real line of people and the sales guys just taking the next person at random....we finaly made up to the counter and the guy turns around and takes the customers on the opposite side.They waited on four customers that came from behind us.Screw Harris from now on.

Horrible customer service. Waited and waited at the counter while the cashier was on the phone. Someone else walks up to the counter and 2 people try to help him and ignore me. I will take my business to corporate America. At least they can acknowledge a paying customer.
