The only change Dupuis has made in all the years theyve been open is the location.Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and can find whatever your looking for.Everything is reasonably priced and they can make copies of your keys while youre there. Its quick and easy. Theyll have you in and out fast.If you lock your keys in your vehicle dont panic cuz theyll come to you and have your vehicle unlocked fast and have you on your way .There definitely some of the friendliest and most helpful people youll ever meet.Stop by and youll agree

If they dont have it, Im sure they can help you find it because they really do have it. I found what I was looking for pretty quick, they had a few different options to choose from, I picked the cheapest and I was on my way. Turns out I grabbed the wrong option but it still worked. If it stops working I know where to go to get the right part.

This is my 2nd visit to Dupuis Hardware Store.I went there the first time to have a Motorcycle key made, the only problem that I had was that I only had the Ignition switch to work with.The staff took the serial #s off of the ignition switch, Cross Referenced the # and within 15 minutes, I walked out of their business with a brand new key for myVintage 1982 Kawasaki GPz550 Motorcycle.Everywhere else that I visited wanted me to buy a brand new Ignition switch which would of costed me a lot more$$$I felt that $20.00 was well worth it!My second visit was to have a 2nd key made for my car ignition, I had the key this time and with in 5 minutes, I had an extra key for my car for $4.00!Sure beats sitting on the side of the road waiting to have a Tow Service let you in a car with the keys locked inside.Dupuis Hardware Store is fast! Reliable! and puts out a good product at a fair competitive price⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Broke my car key on a 25 year old Mazda. Ebay shipping was several weeks out for a key.Dupuis took a look at my broken key, had a replacement in stock, and had two copies ready in under two minutes. Highly recommended.

Dont get me wrong they have good products but, Out of the multiple times Ive been in there they have been always watching me but nobody else whos in the store. And then today I wanted to purchase a kit for lock picking, and for hobby purpose only!! And told me they cant sell it to me because its a burglary tool. no other hardware store has ever done that to me. Nor followed me around the store. And theres no law saying that you cannot sell lock picks if a company has them I can just as easily get them offline which I already have. I am displeased that they have lied to me and racially profiled me. Never going there again.

Super nice people. Had two keys made and was a lot quicker than I thought. Ive been going to Dupuis for years. They never disappoint and the parking is pretty convenient. They have a wide variety of items and always seem to have what I need and the prices are always reasonable.

Nice little hardware store that has that small town feeling and I like that... decent price for paint. However, they are too expensive for hardware... I bought 4 L brackets for 4 dollars, thats 1 buck a piece... home depot and Amazon its 8 bucks for 16. So they need to be more competitive... especially in this day and age... Thats the reason for the 4 star review... Good for paint, but 50% higher for well... hardware... and they are a hardware store right?

Helpful to all customers including the women. Prices are the same as other hardware stores. Why walk miles and miles at the big box store when your hometown hardware store has the same things. Plus, theyll help you get the right thing the first time.

Near the beginning of my journey back to California I lost my keys to my RV. The staff here was willing to to do whatever it took get me a new set of keys even though they had to Stand in the Rain to get what they needed from all the doors on my RV. They did it with a smile and very professionally. They did what they did, I got what I needed and Im back on my journey with keys that fit the various locks that are part of rving.

I guess the job was done ok once it was completed. I gave the company a week before the appointment to make sure they had all the parts ordered prior to the appointment. Two dead bolts one with key pad and some re locking. Told them the color of the locks and everything. They showed up with the wrong color pin pad still had to order it. So not only when he did come back to install my correctly colored deadbolt for the second trip he charged us again for coming out. On top of that didnt even bother to program the thing and used the wrong battery size we I instantly had to put new batterys in the lock. So the rest of the work decent job the pin pad dead bolt the door is no longer lined up correctly needed to be fixed I had to program it it was rather shoty workmanship for the money to have him come to our house twice.
