I stopped by to have an oil change and do my car’s first Maine Inspection. Greg and Dan looked after me. The process was painless - booked it online, was served on time, was in and out within half hour.One thing that called my attention was the time and effort that Dan put in promoting the shop’s donation match to Make a Wish Foundation. He talked about it with every customer and stressed it to Greg that it was an important point to make with every client, in every transaction.Attitude and genuine good willing make a biz special. It makes you want to go back.

JD and his guys knocked it out of the park for us not once but twice this past month. We live 2 hours north and had driven down to help our son away at college having car trouble. They managed to fit us in between appointments same day and help get him back on the road. You dont find many business that do that today. Greatly appreciate them and highly recommend.

Biddeford manager Dan Bell and the VIP technicians stepped up again and took very good care of me and my car. They are professional, honest, courteous and efficient. They recognize and honor US service people. Their prices are competitive or better. VIP Biddeford is just an all around good place to do business with very good customer service - which is hard to find now days.

VIP is always consistent, professional, and efficient. They usually can get me in for an oil change within a few days notice. The Biddeford location has a nicely redone waiting room making it not a chore to wait for my vehicle. I will always recommended VIP!

In short: fast and friendly serviceFirst of all, Im just so grateful VIP is open on the weekends. I knew they do a free battery check so when my light came on, I was told to go there. Unfortunately, on my way, everything shut down. I had to get my car towed the rest of the way. First thing the next morning, I got a call from JD - not great news but I was so thankful they were on it so quickly on a Sunday. I trusted what JD was telling me and that they were doing the best they could on price. My car was ready before noon!

JD has been amazing at helping me deal with tires that I purchased from Walmart that I’ve only gotten 15,000 miles on them. Walmart will not help me with the tires And told me that if I don’t like the way they do service then I don’t need to service there no problem VIP has our business.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and the team at VIP was able to take care of it quickly on pretty short notice. I was really struggling to get an appointment in Portland, Biddeford and Saco, so I appreciated them taking me on short notice. While I waited, the staff made sure I was comfortable. I would go back for service again.

First time customer, great experience. Had an oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Cost was much less than Jiffy Lube...without having to deal with the upselling! (Full-Disclosure: was given a free, future oil change for this review, but the information is accurate)

I didnt have a pleasant experience at this store. If you have tinted windows be prepared to show them the tint grade or they wont pass you. Even though I had proof that they were legal, they didnt know how to read my information and wouldnt pass me. However, they still charged me the $12.50 inspection fee. Note, Ive had three inspections since the tinted windows were installed and never had an issue. They also have a computer glitch on sales tax. They charged me $9.33 tax on $21.83 (which should have been $..51 cents tax). When I brought it to their attention, rather than trying to figure it out, they offered me a free oil change card to go away if I did a Google review. They thought they fixed the tax problem. They reversed the inspection charge after I told them about the incorrect tax. But they still charged me double for the one wiper refill. It should have been $10 but I was charged $21.00. They shouldnt have done the inspection in the first place and charge me the $12.50, when they noticed my tinted windows. I went back and forth three times with incorrect charges. Be on your toes and look at your receipt and pay attention to what they are doing! It all turned out in the end because I contacted the district manager, Shane who listened to me and was very responsive.

I got an oil change at VIP, and when I came to pick it up it hadnt gotten serviced because the young man had forgotten to get a piece of information from me. Whoops! But then they took care of my car quickly, and there were no problems. :)

They have a great team over at VIP in Biddeford. The group there worked with me to get new brakes put on my car so that my vehicle would pass inspection and did the work quickly and well. I knew I was getting quality parts and work and a good price. Beyond this they were just extremely nice guys chatting with me and providing advice on my future vehicle needs. I recommend them for all your service and repair needs!

Dan and his staff were wonderful. I was in the area (I live in Brunswick) and walked in without an appointment hoping to get an oil change. The car is relatively new to me, so Dan took the time to walk out to my car an clarify some dashboard indicators. Further he was able to get me in for an oil change on a busy Saturday afternoon. The change was quick, and it was an overall pleasant experience. While waiting, I overheard Dan speaking with customers over the phone and in person. His phone etiquette is excellent, and his concern for his customers is genuine. He was extremely helpful, accommodating and uber friendly to everyone. VIP in Biddeford, you have yourself a true winner of an employee.

Fair prices and great service. Bought a set of all-seasons and the service agreement. A freak encounter with a paving stone that tumbled off a truck on the highway ruined one of the tires after only two months. VIP replaced the tire, checked for additional damage, and checked alignment at no additional charge.

I am so grateful for VIP in Biddeford and here’s why:I had just picked my car up from being fixed at another service center. As I’m driving I realize one of my tires is very low on air and it’s making a thumping noise; something that was not happening prior to it being fixed. I put air in the tire and it was still thumping. I tried calling the service center that I had just left, but they were already closed. I had a feeling that something was really wrong and this triggered some anxiety. I didn’t feel safe getting onto the highway and driving home so I swung into the nearby VIP. I explained everything above to JD at the front desk and was so relieved when he replied, “I completely understand, let me see what I can do to help you right now.” Another gentleman pulled my vehicle into the garage and discovered a bolt in the tire. He came to the front and said “Let me just call my wife and tell her I’m going to be late,” and then went on to fix my tire that they weren’t even at fault for. And all of this was free of charge!VIP really takes pride in providing for their customers and doing whatever it takes to make them feel comfortable. It’s rare these days to find people that care and it’s evident that VIP in Biddeford cares. Thank you all so much for taking care of me that night, I’ll never forget it :)

First time in yesterday and got great service. Dan runs the ship and the customers like his friendly, fair and lets get it done attitude. Store is well run too.

Id say this is an OK place to get tires and oil changes. Friendly staff.However, I brought my car in the other day to get checked out for some noises and they recommended replacing whole parts that did not need replacing. Upon reviewing the estimate on paper, I noticed some of the parts were not even discussed with me over the phone. I also got charged nearly 200 dollars just for them to look at it for a few hours and find problems that werent there. Im not sure if I was taken advantage of because Im younger and female...Anyway, I took my car somewhere else and they were able to find and fix the issue right away. It was also much less expensive. Dont get your car looked at here unless you need very simple repairs. They obviously dont have a lot of mechanical experience or they want to make a quick buck off of people who they think wont know any better.

I have been to this store multiple times for oil changes, tires, and other maintenance and have always had a great experience. Yesterday my car conveniently broke down right down the road and Mike was able to get my car in right away to be looked at. They didnt have the parts but were able to order them and still had my car done first thing in the morning. Excellent customer service and very honest hardworking people. Thank you Mike for continuing to help us out! Mike deserves a raise!!

Very highly recommended. I blew two tires on the highway early in the morning was ae to get to this location. When they opened I was told they had scheduled jobs already but they would try to fit me in as soon as possible (I was 300 miles from home and had my dog) they went out of their way take sure I got back on the road ASAP. Staff was great.

I got my car inspected and it took less than an hour. The guys here are so nice and helpful, I highly recommend them!!!

Matt and Dan are great and will exceed your customer expectations. I had ordered winter tires earlier in the season and the service was flawless. The turn around time was incredibly quick and they were accommodating to my schedule. Most recently I had an oil change and inspection by their team. I called in the AM and they got me in same day and appointment went super smooth - highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews nor did I even have a Google account. I was so impressed and amazed and appreciative at what happened today. I felt the need to create one just so I could fill you in on the amazing man you have working for you. I live on a fixed income and it’s not all that much. I find myself constantly in the hole. So when something not planned happens sometimes I really find myself up a creek. I had a radiator hose today rupture leaving me in a bad spot. I literally have pennies in my bank account. Dan Bought me a new radiator hose with his own money and installed it in the parking lot for me. To say that he was the light at the end of the tunnel for me today is putting it lightly. He literally has know idea how much I appreciate him. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Dan bell and his staff were very friendly and helpful with getting my service done. They let me know about how long it should take and I was in and out in that estimated time.

Every time I go into the VIP in Biddeford, I never have to worry or question. All the employees are helpful, explain whats going on, are informative about products and they are honest. A couple weeks back I had an oil change scheduled and when Dan was checking me in, he said I shouldnt be due for one (since I went with the better oil last time). He was perplexed so we went to my Jeep together to check the oil. Tank was full :) He said lets reschedule and we both had a laugh. I am heading into VIP today for that oil change. I feel confident when I walk in there. Great experiences at VIP. My boyfriend and I both, new to the area last year, really love these guys! 5 stars

I didnt get the chance to meet them, but Im sure the team who worked on my car were wonderful as well, because I only had to wait for about 1 1/2 for my car inspection. In todays busy, complex life, where securing emergency vehicle repairs or arranging regular maintenance can be difficult and often less than satisfying, I have in the last few years found my go-to choice locally to be the VIP shop in Biddeford. I say this without apology, knowing (as my friends can attest) that I am a critical user of automotive services, who tries to maintain a reasonably high standard for quality.Ive returned to VIP in Biddeford repeatedly for both emergency diagnostic repairs (like brake and suspension problems) and regular maintenance (like oil changes, brake inspections/cleanings, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections).And each time I found appointment scheduling easy - and, why not, when they offer such incredible extended service hours. Also, I found the service desk folks courteous, kind, and helpful - always quick to point out savings with service deals, reduction coupons, or other offers ( I always appreciate the Valvoline oil change reduction offer with each new oil change).Finally, and most importantly, I have found the automotive technicians diagnostic and work skills to be topnotch - thorough and of high quality! My battery died unexpectedly. The guys at Biddeford location were great. Got me in super quick and I was out of there in less than 40 minutes! Reliable and quick service... what else can you ask for?!

Husband and I just left this place. We went to the Sanford sticker station to get car inspected. We were told we needed two new tires and an alignment. We then went to tire warehouse to get 4 new tires and an alignment. We then went here as the Sanford station is now closed. These people tell us we now need new shocks and would be happy to give us a quote for the job!! What!! Husband says what is wrong with the shocks. As the guy at the desk told us they were blown. The inspection kid says Im not saying they are blown. Husband says your right they arent blown its just all gunked up by road degree. So why arent you putting a sticker on the car? He wouldnt do it. What a joke these places are.

I recently delt with the manger Dan Bell and was extremely impressed. Through the problem I was experiencing he quickly brought the solution to the table. Saying impressed by the professionalism and level of customer service would be an understatement. I will trust my vehicle needs with no one else nor another location. I’ve delt with this store before in the past but never experienced this particular level of integrity. It’s so good to see such a high level of customer service still being projected during this pandemic.

We just moved to Biddeford from another prominent, service-first, small city in New England. We pick and choose where we do business on people first. An off meal or a slow delivery or a billing mistake doesnt throw us off if we have a solid relationship with the people. We are also an adult couple that has been around a bit. Im a MMA grad that has worked with NSF/DoD/DOT overseas for 20yrs and my partner specializes in memory care. Moving to Maine for jobs, continuing education, outdoor space, etc., was a no brainer except we had to build a new community. Dan at VIP read my mind when I walked into the shop to grab parts as I work on my own cars before and after deployments. He took the time in the aisles, we chatted, let ME spend more than Id originally planned. He figured out my career because he was engaging, not because I was branding Govt. As a New Englander Im a small business champion although there is a need in 2021 for a retail experience that feels small town, regardless of the box. I also believe in loyalty programs that prove equality without baiting customers. I didnt write anything until after my girlfriend got a chance to go over alone. Even though its 2021, and at the risk of bringing up an old/sensitive cliche, my partner has come home from experiences with wild estimates or very confused as to the schedule of services. Given my profession (not elder care...) I get annoyed when I have to go back risking confrontation.Well, after all that,, I thought Id do a little more than just check a 4 star rating. Next time Ill probably just hit the 5 star and not write a thing. Thanks

Took two hrs for them to figure out they couldnt do front end alignment due to a bad ball joint. 2 HRS!!! Not to do it.... had to question them on how they figured that they could charge me for not doing the work. In the end, they didnt.

I have been in this shop a few times now. Every time it has just seemed so unorganized and dirty. I honestly vowed never to go back again. I found my self with a flat tire today and had very little choice or options. Against my better judgement I went back to VIP. I was very surprised to Find a clean store. I was very politely greeted by a Man who was wiping the counter down. I explained my situation and express how I was kind of in a rush. He Said no problem we will get you to where you need to be on time that was his only mission for the day I was in and out in less then 30 minuets. I will be stopping by when I have more time to take advantage of the Black Friday sales coming up. Thank you to everyone who helped me today at the VIP in Biddeford!

My car had some very weak starts so we stopped in and asked for a battery check. The battery did come up bad on the tester so we bought a new one. Dustin quickly replaced the old one and we were back on the road in no time. Thanks for the swift service and care.

Went in today to get an alignment done. The woman at the counter was visibly stressed but was still very polite and I appreciated that. Gave my keys and we browsed around.After about an hour my car still wasnt in. But I was being patient and waiting.Out of nowhere I hear screaming from the vehicle bay and the sound of tools being throw. I look through the glass and the dude in the bay is flipping out, screaming at his coworker, knowing full well we can all see and hear him. He was yelling so loudly the woman at the front counter had to tell him to be quiet.Past that point I just asked for my keys and left. There is no chance Im letting someone who is that angry work on my vehicle. My car is worth thousands of dollars and if this dude cant hold it together for a shift Then I can go someplace else.

Stopped by the Biddeford location to have a low tire checked out. Ended up having to get a plug in it because of a screw in the tire. Crystal who helped me was extremely professional and polite. She called shortly after I dropped it off to let me know it was done. When I arrived to pick it up she and Cleighton were at the desk, they seem to have a great working repour. Both were very friendly. Great experience! Thank you!
