Parking was a little tight but the store was bright and full of great appliances and electronics. 86 inch TVs! Even an electric bike was available. The salesman was helpful and polite, no pressure.

Love this place! The 6 months same as cash option is great! I love having Jim figure out how much I have to pay every month so its paid off on the 6th month. Jim and his crew make you feel like every customer is important; and they treat you with respect. In the two years I have been back in this area I have had many pay offs; and I trust they will do right by me. They are pleasant, eager to please, and truly work hard to keep their customers long term customers. I will not do business with anyone else because for service like that; it is worth it by far! The benefits plus is great too! Just having the assurance of having your items insured for a year after your pay off is a nice comfort, plus the monthly payment to do it is small. And it covers everything! I love how I can budget my bills and have nice things in my home. Then, after I am done with one thing I can move on to my next purchase. I own nice things now, and I can list them Rent-A-Center as a credit reference because I pay my bill on time. I just love Rent-A-Center and value my business relationship with Jim and his crew!

6 months same as cash and great merchandise, payments on your terms. I do suggest utilizing the same as cash option as their markup on the rent to own is high, however the good service is worth it. Go and see Jim, he is a great guy and an incredible manager. The whole team is great. I was a loyal customer but moved away from the area for 7 years. I came back and Jim still remembered who I am, now thats great customer service. It may be a corporation but they treat their customers like people, not just another number.

I agree with another reviewer that the items here are overpriced, sometimes already used(rented) by someone prior and there are other lease to own options at other stores now like a Big Lots that are more cost-effective. Do your due diligence and check other stores before you sign a contract here. Youll more likely pay less, get better quality merchandise thats guaranteed to be brand new in the manufacturers wrapper. Its unfortunate that folks with bad credit or no credit with little cash think only Rentacenter and Aarons are there only options to get furniture, beds etc. Shop around!

Decent products for decent prices the thing I thought was awesome about them is if you return something while paying for it if you start renting the item again they let you pick up where you left off without losing what you already paid towards it

In case people dont know, if you need furniture or bedding you should visit Big lots. They have a similar lease program as Rentacenter and Aarons but much cheaper, better quality products and you own it after only 12 payments. Do yourselves a favor and go look at Big Lots before you make a decision. I have referred many people to Big Lots and most did not even know they had a program like this. You will see for yourself that Big Lots lease to own is so much of a better alternative.
