This update will be updated when the service I paid for is returned or fixed as stated. Unfortunately after multiple attempts of talking with the company theres been no update on getting my repair. Its very important to give a timetable on the situation. Inquired multiple times about the status of my repair, and was not given an updated timetable when the original time frame has long since exceeded.Asked if they were able to fix a pair of headphones for me, it needed soldering work and after talking with them he was very accepting and willing to take it on. Told me it would take a day or two at most. I paid in excess of the asking price out of good faith and because it was such a unique repair.Its been a month since Ive brought them in and still getting the runaround. When I get back my headphones in working condition or at least, get them back period. Ill update the review, but after one month when stated time was 2 days with no real status update makes it hard to support. Unfortunately I dont think I will be seeing my headphones back and I will accept this as a loss, its unfortunate overall as this would have been great to have a resource to be able to come back to.

Mark at KM is exceptionally personable and skilled...and the rate for the work is very reasonable. I brought in 2 computers which needed to have their batteries replaced. He diagnosed one of them while we were talking right on the spot to make sure that it wasnt an unfixable problem.When this was confirmed as a fixable repair he gave a very reasonable price for the battery repair/replacements (as in YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FIND BETTER PRICING) and that he wouldnt ask for the computer until he was committing to the work. This is completely unlike most other outfits you see, where they offered to fix it for much higher prices and keep the computer for 2 weeks (a completely unacceptable expectation).When the computer was dropped off, he completed the work in a few hours and even made some modifications/improvements that he wasnt asked for and I didnt pay for. There is no question that he is a super capable computer/tablet/etc repairman and while you may find someone as good as him, you are NOT going to find someone BETTER.KM is a good default repair shop. If you live within 20 miles of him, youre best off finding out what he will do for you first. I cannot imagine youre going to do better somewhere else.If you are at all frustrated with the repairs that youve had people do in the past, TRY KM. A solid business which has earned my loyalty in one impression.

They explained everything to me, they didn’t offer me any plan, they took my laptop right away and they fixed it! Glad to see honest hardworking people out there! These guys nailed it!! I rarely write reviews or testimonials but I deserve giving giving credit when credit is due. My laptop definitely needed an upgrade and I cracked the screen but was dealing with it cause it still worked. I picked up an hour ago and thrilled! I mean it’s nice not staring at the broken screen anymore but it’s like a brand new computer. Fast, responsive and clean. It was well worth the money and I would recommend KM to anyone. After being disappointed by geek squad, the place in Salem and the used apple store in new Hampsire. This was a breath of fresh air. Thanks guys!

Went in to this shop because its down the street from my house, im just going to say it was diffrent than any computer store ive ever been in!, random cool stuff on the walls and there was a set of shelves attached to the walls covered in carpet and i little tunnel going threw the wall into the back room, the guy said it was for his cat because it likes being up high and thatt he brings it to work so she dont get lonely, So cool!. i needed a new laptop screen and the guy there walked me threw what he was going to do, he new right away what the problem was and pulled a laptop from under the desk that had the same problem! he popped the back off and showed me why the cover was loose and what he would do to fix it visual aids!. it seemed silly but i guess he just wanted me to know what was happening it was cool and he even gave me a deal! he had the screen there already so gave it to me cheaper, way cheaper than any of the other places i called that day, most wouldnt even tell me a price i had to go there so they could look at the problem i just need a new screen theres no problem. Im super satisfied especially were you cant find a deal or an honest place anywere. Km computers you guys are 100%

I stopped here on a whim, to inquire about upgrading from a vintage 2010 Dell desktop to a newer one. After talking with the owner for a few minutes, he offered to take a look at the desktop I was hoping to upgrade to, and after looking at, offered to buy it! I love this company! I had an ancient desk top computer, no longer compatible with anything, that contained all of my music, but I couldnt get to it. Not only were they able to recover *all* of my music, they were able to recover all of my beloved play lists, and files I thought were long gone. They were fast and friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I think this is probably the best little repair shop Beverly has to offer. If you are having any kind of issue with your technological devices, bring em here first. Theyll do whatever they can to help.
