My husband just visited the Beverly store during normal business hours. He stood at the desk for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There was one person working who knew that he was there and was on a phone call. Instead of briefly acknowledging my husband and saying that he would be with him in a minute or two and trying to wrap up the phone call, the employee preferred to ignore my husband. My husband asked politely to get his attention when the phone call did not appear to be ending… Eventually my husband left frustrated and annoyed for having wasted 15 minutes at the desk with no service. Better luck next time?
